✅ We require at least one guest in the booking to be 25 years old or above in order to accommodate the stay.



✅ We adjust our price to suit small groups; if you book 7-8 guests, we will provide one set of sofa bed linen. 9-10 guests, another set of sofa bed linen.



✅ For the safety and security of all guests, you will receive a notification from Protect365 after confirming your booking. Before check-in can be authorised, you must complete the verification process and arrange property cover for the duration of your stay.



✅ Please do look after our home as if it were your own. If additional cleaning is required after the check out this may be chargeable. We may also charge you for any damage caused or for lost keys.
