Crumpsall, nestled in the vibrant city of Manchester, exudes a charming blend of urban energy and community warmth. With its tree-lined streets and diverse architecture, this neighbourhood offers a picturesque backdrop for visitors. Bustling with local shops, cafes, and restaurants, Crumpsall invites exploration at every turn. From its lively markets to its tranquil parks, there's always something to discover in this dynamic area. With excellent transport links connecting it to the rest of Manchester, Crumpsall provides both convenience and character, making it an ideal place to visit.

A huge perk of our house is that it is well connected to motorways, when staying here you will be just a 5 minute drive to the M60. Our house is located just a 6 minute walk from the nearest MetroLink stop, Bowker Vale, which has frequent trams running. Piccadilly is just a 11 minute tram ride away. Alternatively, there is a bus stop across the road from our house.

➞ As standard we provide the following during your stay - Individually wrapped Tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, and sauces to get you under way for your stay.

➞ Single-use individually wrapped shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap.

➞ Check in time is 16:00pm and check out time is 11:00am.

➞ Please note that parties and loud music are not permitted in this property. It is in a very peaceful residential area.

➞ Any disturbances caused will result in a £250 penalty fee.

➞ A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for any lost keys.

➞ Furnished Accommodation provide a hotel standard of service in all of our properties.

➞ We're like a hotel without staff. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned immediately after every guest checks out.
