The Space:

We are Located in a quiet Cul-de-Sac in Audenshaw.

TRANSPORT
We are a 2 minute drive from Guide Bridge station which has regular trains to Manchester piccadilly which takes 8 minutes

PARKING:
Space for 2 cars on our drive.

THE BEST BIT:
This home is stunning, quiet and an 8 min train journey to Manchester city centre! What more could you want!

KITCHEN:
Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need to cook (tea and coffee provided)

GARDEN:
Enjoy your morning brew (complimentary tea and coffee provided) in our garden. This will set you up for a fantastic day!

GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY & LONGER STAYS:
We have a dryer which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets).
We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

WELCOME GUIDE:
Make the most of your time in Manchester with our personalised welcome guide to Manchester. We live here and know all the best places to go, restaurants to eat, bars to drink in and museums to visit. We also have a contact for Manchester United or Manchester City tickets.

GOOD TO KNOW:
You can conveniently check yourself in anytime after 3PM using our lockbox. You’re able to drop your bags in from 12.15 AM onwards. We’re happy to offer free early check in if we have no guests checking out. Please let us know if you’re arriving before 3PM and we’ll do our best to get our home ready for you.
