The Space:

We are excited to welcome you to Axis at The Heim Residences, a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment located in the sought-after Deansgate and Castlefield district of Manchester city centre. The property features a striking wraparound balcony, contemporary interiors, and a thoughtfully equipped layout designed for two guests. This apartment sleeps up to two guests.



Living space

Step into a bright and well-appointed living area centred around a smart TV, perfect for winding down after a day exploring the city. From here, step directly out onto the wraparound balcony - a standout feature of the apartment that offers a sweeping outdoor space to enjoy some fresh air. Please note that, as with all city centre apartment buildings, there is potential for noise from outside and from other inhabitants of the building.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We offer a fridge freezer, oven and grill, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster, and ceramic hob. We also offer complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper. There is a kitchen island that doubles up as a breakfast bar with four bar stools, perfect for enjoying a meal together or with that special person. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom is beautifully furnished with a king-size bed, fitted with blackout curtains, and includes a full-length mirror and a wardrobe offering ample storage.



Bathroom

The bathroom features a modern shower. We offer bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap.



Location & parking

This property is located in Manchester's city centre district of Deansgate and Castlefield. Manchester's central bar and retail district is within walking distance. There is a public car park located at 340 Deansgate M3 4NH.



Guest Access:

Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.



In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £30 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released within 1 working day of check-out.



Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Prime Deansgate and Castlefield. Manchester’s central bar and retail district is within walking distance. There is a public car park located 340 Deansgate M3 4NH- charges may apply.



Other Things to Note:

Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas.



If the elevator is out of order, you will be required to take the stairs up to the apartment floor to access the apartment.



We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours.



We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking.



Other optional extras are available for an additional fee. We provide services such as private chef's, laundry & dry cleaning, early check-ins, late check-outs, and much more.



This home is pet friendly. If you wish to bring your furry friend(s), there will be a small flat rate fee of £25.00 which helps us cover the cost of the additional cleaning requirements post your stay.
