This modern and spacious 2 bedroom apartment is set within a quiet development in the Old Trafford area of Manchester, just 5 minutes walk from Old Trafford stadium. The modern interior is tastefulyl finished, featuring floor to ceiling windows, elegant furnishings and all the amenities required for a comfortable stay in the city. Free parking is also available.

The Space:
The interior has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The floor to ceiling windows illuminate the rooms and provide lovely views from a high floor. The semi-open plan living area is comprised of a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table and a space to relax on the sofa and watch the TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, as well as a smart TV with Catch up TV Apps. The spacious bedrooms feature plenty of storage space for clothes, full length windows and comfortable king size beds with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom has a powerful shower, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. Free parking is also available.

Set in a quiet and safe area, with nearby shops and restaurants, this is the ideal base to make the most of the city. There are tram and bus stops 2 minutes from the property, taking you to other areas of the city within minutes. You are also just 5 minutes walk from both Old Trafford football and cricket stadiums.

Getting Around:
There are tram and bus stops just 2 minutes from the apartment, meaning all areas of the city are within easy reach. There's also plenty of shops restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4- 6 people.

Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available.

Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in.

If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.

Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.

For security reasons:

· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.

Attempted to contact about check in and never got a response. We called - questions answered - told 3. Planned accordingly - then received a text saying come at 1 - explained we couldn’t - had planned accordingly to the 3 pm we had been told. We then were told that WE “needed to keep in mind that there were a lot of check ins that day??? So come as soon as possible. “ The apartment - was NOT what it was promoted to be. Doors broken and taped, windows cracked, too many chunks of wall missing to mention, cracks in the walls, broken shower - told would be fixed and a attempt to fix wasn’t until late in the day of our second day and then didn’t happen because I didn’t answer my phone nor did they leave a message - told at check in they would send someone and we didn’t need to be there - so it was never fixed. We were unable to use the shower due to the fact that the water temp wouldn’t change from scalding hot - which burned my daughter. The door didn’t shut all the way anyway so we would have been showering for all to see. The water heat was an issue on day two - according to the book provided there is a “boost” button - there isn’t. We reached out to the guy who checked us in and he never responded to the pics we sent telling us where it was - by that time we needed to get on with our day so cold showers it was. The trash cans had no liners or even cans inside of them - so trash basically was going in a metal container onto the floor. Have pics - just go elsewhere.
