    Immaculately clean 2 bedroom 2 bathroom upper level 1250 square foot condo.
    Windows and views from every room. Deck wraps around entire condo with several seating areas to enjoy all of the views of the golf course and Mountain.

    Step into this beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offering stylish comfort and convenience on the golf. The open-concept layout features spacious living and dining areas, floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light, and a private balcony perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.

    This is a perfect condo for 2 couples or a family with children.
    The back of condo faces the 18th green and the front has a beautiful view of the mountain.
    Park right out front. Staircase to front door to beautiful kitchen and open concept living space. Windows galore that overlook the Schuss golf course. Living room has comfortable seating for 7. Fireplace with plenty of wood provided.
    We have Spectrum Wifi and TV service. Log into your own apps as well.
    Primary bedroom with new KING size bed and private full bathroom with tub and shower. High quality linens. The primary bedroom can be shut off from the rest of the condo for privacy.
    Second bedroom upstairs:

    Washer and dryer with laundry supplies for guest use.
    Beautiful FULLY stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, crock pot, blender, mixer, griddle, spices, coffee, creamer and just about anything to prepare meals. We have tried to include all of the kitchen gadgets of home.
    Coffee lovers will LOVE our coffee corner with a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. Cream and sugar as well as some K-cups available. Bring your own favorites. as well.
    Brand new gas grill on deck.

    A variety of family friendly games

    A pool pass is provided with your stay. It gives you access to the indoor pool and hot tub at Schuss (seasonally open) golf and ski season.
    You can quickly walk to the slopes and main lodge where there is an indoor pool and hot tub.

    GOLF:
    Schuss Mountain is the most serene of the three villages in the Shanty Creek resort. Golf spring Summer and Fall at Shanty Creek. The resort offers 72 holes on 4 championship courses. Schuss Mountain golf course is right out your front door. We sit on the 18th hole within walking distance to the clubhouse. The shuttle can take you back and forth from Summit to Schuss village throughout the day and evening.

    FALL: Our prime fall color time is the first two weeks in October. Include us on your fall color tour.

    The city of Bellaire is a short 6 mile drive where you can find dining, Shorts micro brewery with their delicious unique sandwiches, soup and pizza, antique shops, a movie theater, coffee shop and restaurants. Bellaire Bar has a good variety menu from dinners to burgers at reasonable prices.
    Mancelona has the Iron Skillet that is famous for breakfast and home cooked family dining.
    For a more upscale dining experience try Terrain or Corner Bistro in Bellaire.
    This resort can serve as a hub for Torch lake, Traverse City, Petosky and Elk Rapids. You are only a

    short drive to some beautiful lakes and rivers. Riverside marina rents boats which would be a great way to explore the chain of lakes.
    Traverse City and Petosky are appx. 35 minutes away and Boyne Mountain and Avalanche Bay appx. 30 miles away. You are just 5 miles from a public boat launch for TORCH LAKE. There is also a public boat launch at LAKE BELLAIRE which is part of the 'chain of Lakes'
    Paddles and Pedals shop in Bellaire will deliver bikes, canoes or Kayaks to the condo or wherever you would like to use them.

Work from home away from home

My husband and I spent a week enjoying the beautiful autumn colors, quiet serenity, and aurora borealis while utilizing the flawless WiFi for work. Check-in/check-out was seamless and communication with owner was easy and helpful. Highly recommend.

Perfect location!

Second story condo with large east facing patio deck overlooking the 18th green-how much better could it be! Everything you need was available and stocked. It was very quiet as not much people were around yet. There was one night around 11:30pm where someone was firing off fireworks around the 1st hole fairway and the last morning we were there had a power outage for a brief moment which knocked out the internet(there were a few Spectrum trucks around after that). The beds were very comfortable=Tempurpedics. There are two window air conditioners that do cool the downstairs. Used the propane grill a couple of times. Overall, loved the place and plan to return next year!

Great stay at Schuss Mountain Condo

My parents and our family enjoyed a delightful stay at this condo! It’s a large condo and was perfect for our 4 adults and 2 teenagers. The pictures and descriptions were spot on and we found everything to be as advertised. The wrap around deck was a fun place to hang out, large kitchen was nice, as were the rooms. Really cool to have access to both Schuss Mountain and the facilities at Shanty Creek, we visited the pools, hot tubs and restaurants at Shanty, not too far of a drive…amazing views from up there. We are not golfers, but if you were, this location is perfect for proximity to some great courses. I’m sure skiing from here would be terrific as well. We enjoyed several day trips from this condo to Torch Lake, Alden, Dockside, Bellaire, etc. I appreciated the attentiveness of the owner with a few questions I had before arrival, so that was great as well. Overall, a great place to stay, met all of our expectations and we’d book again if ever in that area.

Very nice stay at Schuss

Very nice condo. Spacious for our group of 6. Is was very clean and the the deck was wonderful to enjoy some sunshine and watch the golfers come in on 18.
