  • Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 4 condo.
    Lower walk out unit. (No stairs to climb) Park right out front.
    Very private with woods and a pond view. Step out back to cross country ski or snow shoe.
    Sleeps 4. Most ideal for a family with 1 or 2 children.
    1 bedroom w/ Queen bed/ private sliding door separates living room and bedroom for privacy.

    Living room and kitchen open with a 50inch smart TV w/ ROKU
    It is unique for a one bedroom in Schuss to have a full-size refrigerator
    2 Burner cook top stove
    Granite counter tops and a roomy bar space

    We still have a bathtub in this condo. Perfect for giving the kiddos baths.

    The back patio faces the 18th hole of the Schuss course.
    Within a few miles, there are 5 other very popular golf courses.

    Included with your stay is a pool pass that gives you access to the Schuss indoor pool and hot tub (seasonal) andupon request the Lakeview indoor and out door pools and hot tubs. (Indoor open year around)

    *pool closures are out of our control and we cannot refund for pool closures. This does not happen often*


    This is a great location to use as a hub and take day trips to Traverse City, Petoskey, Torch Lake, Charlevoix, and Sleeping Bear Dunes, just to mention a few.

    ***There is a special boat and trailer parking lot. Boats are not allowed in the condo parking lot***

    We also have 571, so if you are looking for 2 condos close together, this is perfect.

    All of our condos are professionally cleaned between guests.

Parents getaway!

Perfect place for my wife and I to enjoy some much needed time away. The condo tastefully updated and very clean! Check-in was very easy with little to do at the end of your stay. The property is centrally located between Traverse City and Charlevoix. With Bellaire within 6 miles.

This place was perfect for Sking & after. Close to Sking. Two places to hang out outside both with beautiful views. I definitely plan to stay here again.

the condo was perfect. clean, well stocked, and in a great location. being from the area originally, i had a great feeling this would be the right place for my wife and i to stay while visiting family. i was correct. i will definitely be staying here again in the future.

What a nice, quaint little condo. It fit our needs perfectly. A nice full kitchen with full size refrigerator was a plus to not have to rely on eating out for every meal. The area was relaxing and just a short ride to the places we had on our list to visit. A great way to unplug and recharge.

Check in was easy! Condo was clean and felt homey! Perfect space for a long weekend. I like the two separate spaces which is why I book anything other than a hotel if I can. This place is perfect. You will enjoy it.

Quaint Stay

This was a great stay for a girls weekend away. We initially went out for a lake day but the weather said otherwise. We were able to make the best out of the situation. Restaurants were very close and food was great. House supplied lots of games to keep us busy. Cute little place.

Torch Lake visit

Small but nice clean condo

The stay was great at the condo. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean with no bad or old smells. I do want to note it was much warmer in the bedroom than the living area. Also the pull out couch wasnt the most comfortable but did the job for the couple days. I would definitely stay there again.comcodfor

Nice cabin, in a beautiful location.

The cabin was beautiful and the neighborhood was stunning. The bathroom needs some up dates as the floor of the tub is spongy. The tv in the living room did not hook up to the internet. But we had a great stay and enjoyed the cabin and the porch area. I would recommend.

Schuss weekend

Place was clean and excellent location. Did arrive after dark and outside light was not working. Check in info said they had spectrum tv but it did not. Did have streaming so was ok.
