Beautiful beachfront in a nature reserve, as you enter, you are in awe of the amazing ocean views. On your left is the coastal dining room table and across the living room with a smart tv. Next is the fully equipped kitchen were you can prepare your favorite dinners enjoying the blue Caribbean colors. The hallway leads to the beautiful two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a private terrace with outdoor shower, BBQ area and your private access to the secluded beach.

Beautiful property and exactly where we wanted to stay. The check in process was more difficult than I would prefer and the information to do everything correctly was not easy to find. Once I opened all 3 links in the welcome post, I finally knew the address, who I needed to contact and how, and the rules for our stay - I still had to ask about the wifi and password but I later found that informal in the welcome email. Still had to coordinate in Spanish where to get the keys and remote for the gate. Everything else was great. This unit is on the 3rd floor, which wasn't anywhere in the original posting, so that was a surprise. We will definitely stay at this property again; perhaps a unit with easier communication.

This was a perfect vacation spot for my daughter and I. Easily accessible, Walmart nearby as well as local grocery and bakery stores. Great eateries within minutes. The property is kept clean and feels safe. Rosabel's house was clean, efficient and modern

Absolutely beautiful location!

We stayed for 1 week with my husband and 20 year old son, we all loved this place so much it was so hard to leave! The views were amazing and we all had fun just hanging out on the beach and walking on the rocks. The kitchen was fully equipped and we used it to make several meals. The beds were really comfy and the rooms each had AC so that was nice. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Puerto Rico!

Lovely Getaway!

We felt so lucky to have a stay in this attractive, comfortable condo. It has a wonderful view of the water from the airy balcony, an easy walk to the beach, and best of all, it was a stone's throw away from Mar Chiquita, the circular beach!

Wonderful location and property

We loved our stay. The pool was fabulous, and our kids (ages 5 +2) couldn't get enough! They still talk about the vacation and wanting to go back. The house was comfortable, beautiful views, lots of tv programs, and the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were so comfortable, and the primary bedroom was massive. The location was easy to get to and we were close to many attractions in the area which made days drips a lot of fun. My only complaint/recommendation would be the keys. There are a number of keys to unlock various amenities in the complex. If the keys had color coding on them or something to make it a little easier to remember this key is for the pool vs the house etc. that would have been nice. Overall we had a great week and can't wait to visit Puerto Rico again.

Manati visit / Mother’s Day get away

This location was perfect for our PR stay. We wanted to be near family in Manati and be on the beach. Always wanted to stay on the beach while visiting the Island and this hit the mark. Loved being able to walk right on the beach from our private exit. The place had everything we needed. The only thing we ended up having to buy was a couple portable chairs to sit on the beach. No problem inexpensive enough at the near Walmart. We left them hoping others can use them. Sonia was great with any questions we had, I speak Spanish so no issues communicating with her. Location quiet, secure entry gate and saw security person at the gate at night. The small grocery store near by had enough selection to make a quick shopping trip. Visit the bakery next to it for some delicious local treats. This stay requires a rental car as it’s out of the area the taxi or Uber services.

Almost paradise

Property was just as described. Very clean and well equipped. The views were amazing and that we could walk to Mar Chiquita was a pleasant surprise. Our stay was very peaceful.

A bit disappointed

Although the beach was AMAZING, it is not a swimming beach. Too Rocky. The pool was a joke. Also it was a 3rd Floor and it was tough getting in and out of the condo. No washer/dryer in apt, had to seek other option. They keep a washer and dryer in their garage but it is not for public use??? Thankfully I am fluent in Spanish and was able to speak to the leasing agent via texts. Just simply not what I was expecting. Renter Beware.

Excelente vista al mar

2 parejas de adultos disfrutamos mucho la estadía en esta propiedad. Fácil aceso a la playa. Supermercado muy cerca y buenos restaurantes: Costa Azul (almuerzo y cena), Wiki’s café (Desayunos). Recomendamos el lugar para la próxima visita a Manatí. Sonia fue muy amable al recibirnos.

Excellent Stay

The accommodations were clean, safe, and had magnificent view. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of hot water. We traveled with two teenage girls. The only thing is I was under the impression there was a washer and dryer in the apartment to use. There is one but it was not in working order. The girls had counted on washing clothes so had packed accordingly. So may want to find out the status of that before packing. I would definitely stay there again.

Beachside Apartment

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The best parts were being so close to the ocean and beach. There was also a nice private outdoor area between the apartment and the beach that was great. It was clean and well maintained. There were two downsides. First, we spent several days around San Juan and the eastern side of the island. That is a long drive with a lot of traffic. Our fault for not checking locations more closely, but be aware. Second, the private beach was much to rocky and turbulent for swimming. The sand doesn't really cover the bare rock. Coupled with the large waves it was a recipe for injury. Luckily just down the street is a public beach in which you can swim. Overall we had a great time. There's nothing like hearing and seeing the ocean from the balcony of the apartment
