New Mallorcan vacation home - unobstructed views + private pool

Our cottage is located in a region with countless beautiful bays with crystal clear water, authentic villages and a breathtaking landscape. This and the international audience make the southeast of the island unique, and it impresses with its pristine beauty and the diversity of the landscape. It is located in the beautiful village of Cala Murada near the beach on the kilometer-wide nature reserve between Cala Murada and Porto Colom.

The distance to the beautiful beach with magnificent restaurant is approximately 900 m. The sea can be seen from the house. It has three large, shady terraces with comfortable furniture and a large table for cozy meals and balmy summer evenings. Prior to the bedroom is a terrace with incredible atmosphere at night. Relaxation is guaranteed here. The spacious garden is fenced, surrounded by a cypress hedge.

A few meters from the house is the private community pool with sunbathing areas, playground, water loungers, cafeteria and terrace for free. A true paradise for children and adults. Nearby are the marinas of Porto Colom and Porto Christo. In Cala Murada all basic services are for everyday ready: restaurants, supermarkets, banks etc. Only 5 km away is the golf course Vall D'Or, one of the most beautiful on the island.

The cozy living room has SAT TV, free WIFI / WLAN / Internet access and music system. The couch is extendable. The dining room for 6 people located in the living area. The well-equipped with spacious refrigerator, electric cooker with ceramic hobs, oven, dishwasher and washing machine kitchen is separate. In addition, everything is available, what is needed for witty Cooking: coffee machine, blender, toaster, kettle, blender. Spices and tabs are always free.

The house has 2 bedrooms. The ground floor is the children's or guest rooms with spacious closet and a double bed, which can be easily transformed into 2 single beds. there is a TV set on the wall. Next to it is a bathroom. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with closet and a bathroom (hair dryers are available in both bathrooms) and direct access to the roof terrace. From here you can look down to the sea or just once retreat. For occasional typing in the bedroom a small desk is set up. Towels are available for 4 people. On request it is possible to book additional linen packages. In the garden is plenty of space to play, romp or for sunbeds. A lockable parking lot is located on the property.

Key collection is already underway by phone from Germany. You agree with us a time when you arrive at the house. Then the keys will be handed over to you and you will be introduced to the house. To welcome you will find a small welcome in the form of a bottle of wine and water, and for the little gummy bears. Before your departure inform us by phone and hand over the house again.

Das Objekt ist wunderschönmit viel Liebe eingerichtet und angelegt. Die Terrassen mit dem Pool haben uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation war spitzenmäßigvor der Anreise, vor Ort und nach Abreise. Solche Vermieter sind echt Gold Wert.Cala Murada selbst ist klein und schnuckelig, genau so wollten wir es habender Bip Bip Supermarkt ist toll und preislich völlig okay. Der Spar Supermarkt ist nicht zu raten, er völlig überteuert.Die kleine Bucht von Cala Murada und das Restaurant sind toll

House was beautiful but the neighborhood seemed a little strange to me. It was more remote than what we’re thinking it was going to be. However, we found it close to great calas and stores nearby. The city was about 20 min drive, but we found a small shop for necessities on a short 5 min or less drive.

Entspannter Urlaub in einem traumhaften Haus

Wir hatten in Ihrem traumhaften Haus mit Pool einen sehr schönen entspannten Urlaub. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, perfekt für die richtige Erholung und der Pool mit angenehmer Temperatur ist perfekt für die zwischenzeitliche Erfrischung. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und sehr sauber, nur schade, wenn die Vormieter die Pfannen und Teller nicht richtig reinigen und zur Abreise in den Schrank stellen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr angenehm in der Kommunikation, dasselbe gilt für den Kontakt vor Ort! Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! Vielen Dank!

Perfect location to explore the beaches of Mallorca!

We had a lovely stay for our family of four. We were travelling from Canada and the house was perfectly situated to explore Cala Murada, Cales de Mallorca, Porto Cristo, Cala D’Or and Cala Marales. A rental car is an absolute must but that goes for any rental property on the island. The house had everything we needed. Cleaning supplies, towels, beach umbrella, toys, games, TV, eating spaces and of course the pool. Also the beds were super comfortable. Would highly recommend. My only feedback is to have some instructions for the house in English. It is clear the property is mostly targeting to German tourists but as a Canadian my German is very poor and all the instructions needed google translate to understand. That aside a 10/10 stay. Thanks to Danny and the hosts!

Lovely villa however needed to drive everywhere when we were told that a supermarket and restaurant were within walking distance. Supermarket 30 minutes drive away, restaurants very limited and drive away. No information book ….. a few tweaks and it would be lovely

Traumurlaub in Cala Murada

Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zu dritt da und haben den Komfort sehr genossen. Vor allem der eigene Pool und der große Gemeinschaftspool sorgten bei den hochsommerlichen Temperaturen für Abkühlung. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder entsprechen genau der Wirklichkeit. Alles ist hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet/ausgestattet. Der neue Pool ist herrlich und wir haben es sehr genossen. Zusätzlich haben die Ruhe und Zufriedenheit der Umgebung es zu einem tollen Urlaub werden lassen. Die Bar unten am Strand können wir auch sehr empfehlen. Wundervoller Urlaub

Eigentlich hat uns alles gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig, sauber und schick. Der Garten und der Pool sind natürlich ein Traum. Auch der Gemeinschaftspool! Die Lage war für uns genau richtig: ruhig, etwas abgelegen, aber trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto schnell im Ortskern oder eben in 15 Minuten in einer größeren Stadt. Wir kommen wieder!

Toller Urlaub von Anfang bis Ende

Das Objekt entspricht exakt der Beschreibung, zwei Doppelzimmer mit zwei Bäder. Für vier Personen absolut geräumig. Alles war sehr sauber, prima Matratzen, Bettwäsche und genügend Handtücher waren inbegriffen. Küchenausstattung sehr üppig, alles was man zum Kochen braucht war vorhanden, sogar eine Filterkaffeemaschine. Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel und Mülltüten auch vorhanden. sehr schöne überdachte Terrasse mit bequemen Gartenmöbeln. Dusche im Garten vorhanden. Die Umgebung des Hauses ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Gemeinschaftspool mit großen Becken in 3 min fußläufig zu erreichen. Ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden, sogar eine Toillette. Die Entfernung zum Strand sind zu Fuß 15 min, mit dem Auto 3 min. Parkplätze vorhanden. Im Ort Cala Murada gibt es genügend Restaurants mit durchweg guter Qualität und normalen Preisen. Das Ein- und Auschecken war problemlos mit einem Schlüsselsafe und die Eigentümer haben uns mit tollen Restauranttipps versorgt. Generell war der Kontakt außergewöhnlich freundlich und alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Rundum schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus ist toll und gut ausgestattet. Es liegt sehr ruhig. Vermisst haben wir einen eigenen Pool, den die meisten umliegenden Häuser haben. Der Gemeinschaftspool des Wohngebiets ist jedoch super, aber eben ein paar Gehminuten entfernt. Schön wäre, wenn eine zweite Garnitur Pooltücher vorhanden wäre.

Alle top!

Wir haben hier zu viert unseren Sommerurlaub (2.5 Wochen) verbracht. Eine tolle und erholsame Zeit! Man kommt an und fühlt sich sehr schnell zu Hause. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt um sich wohl zu fühlen (sehr positiv ist uns die gute und vollständige Küchenaustattung aufgefallen!). Besonders genossen haben wir die lauen Abende auf dem Balkon (über der Terrasse) mit Blick über das Naturschutzgebiet. Der Kontakt sowohl zu den Vermietern, als auch zu der Ansprechpartnerin (Ilona) vor Ort, war sehr angenehm. Auf Fragen wurde immer unverzüglich reagiert. Sehr sympathische Kontakte! Der Gemeinschaftspool ist sauber und gepflegt. Wir können das Haus zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Agréable séjour proche de la plage

Agréable séjour, Très belle villa, propre et fonctionnelle. Belle Piscine communautaire à 5 min à pieds. Dommage que toutes les chaînes de la télévision soient en allemand. Aucune chaîne locale, ni espagnole, ni étrangère.

Perfect house. Everything nice and new. Great with the electrified barbecue grill. The pool area is just perfect. Would though be nice with an Extra pair of keys to the pool area.
