Family Vacations in the Most Beautiful Part of Mallorca

  • NEW on Vrbo! Our vacation home in Cala Mandia, renovated in 2023

    - 120 square meters
    - 3 modern bedrooms
    - large living room with dining area
    - terrace for relaxing
    - 44-square-meter gently sloping private saltwater pool (completely renovated in January 2024)
    - Spacious covered sunbathing area (new in 2025)
    - Large seating area next to the pool with a beach umbrella

    3 swimming coves are within walking distance
    - Cala Mendia (5 minutes)
    - Cala Romantika
    - Cala Anguila

    Beach umbrellas and lounge chairs are available for rent at the beaches for a fee. In addition, there are restaurants right on the beach at all three coves. Restrooms were also installed last year.

    Our town has a few small supermarkets, as well as various restaurants (e.g., Fifteen, Cactus Bar, Sa Cala Beach, Verana), a bakery, a pharmacy, and a car rental agency.

    The famous Dragon Caves and popular vacation spots like Cala Millor, Sa Coma, and Santanyi are just a few minutes’ drive away. In the town itself, there’s a horse ranch where children can have lots of fun going on horseback rides.

    The house features 4 new air conditioners (04/23), a fully equipped kitchen, fiber-optic internet up to 600 Mbit, 3 TVs with German satellite channels, and much more! You can park right in front of the house.

    The nearest larger town is Porto Christo, located about a 5-minute drive from our house. There you’ll find a larger supermarket, a bakery, and a butcher shop.

    Amenities:

    Kitchen: Coffee maker, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, range hood, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, juicer, and much more.

    Washing machine, clothes rack, ironing board, iron, outdoor grill

    Living room: Satellite/cable TV, television, fireplace

    German satellite TV in 3 rooms as well as access to streaming services

    Bathroom: Towels, hair dryer

    Children’s games, toys, and board games, children’s kitchen

    Also available: 2 travel cribs for toddlers and a high chair

    Upon arrival, you’ll find the front door key in a key box, allowing for flexible check-in and check-out times.

    Additionally, Mallorca charges a tourist tax, which must be paid.

Sehr schöne und hervorragend gelegene Unterkunft. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und angenehm ruhig – lediglich die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft waren gelegentlich zu hören. Die Unterkunft ist sehr familienfreundlich und bietet alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation sowie der gesamte Ablauf waren unkompliziert und reibungslos. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Excellent place

Fantastic place with pool. Very nice property in quiet area. Owners are very responsive. The house is very clean and has all important amenities relevant for a family. Walking distance to beach and to restaurants and stores.

Fantastic Vacation in Cala Mendia

The house has all that a family needs. The pool is great and the location good for days at the beaches nearby as well as for daytrips to the surroundings. The House can be 100% recommended! The landlord is always available when needed. Very good location an 5 stars for everything

Wundervolle Finca

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten, voll ausgestatteten Finca. Die vielen durchdachten Elemente und Kleinigkeiten - Kinderspielzeug, Strandschirm, Tupperware, Kamin, Waschmaschine, etc. bieten alles was man für einen komfortablen Familienurlaub braucht. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Tolles , sauberes Haus mit tollem Pool und Aussenbereich sowie Gartenanlage. Man hat alles was man braucht und das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet , tolle Bäder, Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet ( man findet alles vom Korkenzieher über Töpfe , Pfannen, Geschirrspüler etc. , alles was man braucht ist da).Die Kinder hatten auch einiges zu tun um das Spielzeug in dem Kinderzimmer zu erforschen die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin Ivonne war super lieb und freundlich und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen , top!

Fantastic Majorca Villa

This villa is perfect for a family holiday in the sun. It is large, clean, very well equipped (wifi, towels, full kitchen, pool, bbq, washing machine etc. etc.). The pool was extremely popular with the family and the beach is 5 minutes walk away, there is a shop for essentials about 2mins away and a couple of decent restaurants within easy walking distance too (check out la verana - highly recommended). Villa owners were friendly and helpful, I would not hesitate to go back. The only downside is that the town itself is very small however there are various towns to explore only a short drive away and to be honest we rarely left the pool anyway :-)

Fantastic villa for a family

We just returned from a month long stay here with our two children. The villa is a dream, all of the mod cons you need and with a high standard of finish throughout. For families in particular, the villa has a nice range of toys, cots, plastic plates/cutlery and is super safe as there are no stairs. The pool is great, large enough to have a proper swim and a good range of inflatables to keep the kids happy. The BBQ is a nice addition, it was so nice to cook outside with a glass of wine in the evening. The town is very close to 3 lovely beaches, there aren’t too many restaurants but enough for a short break. The local shops are pretty pricey so was handy having a car to go to the larger supermarkets. Communication with the owners was simple via WhatsApp and despite them being far away any issues were resolved and questions were answered.
