This beautiful Mallorcan villa is also our private vacation home!
The detached country house villa with 170sqm of living space (incl. Terraces) is located in a new development area on the bay of Cala Murada on Mallorca's beautiful south-east coast near the picturesque port of Porto Colom. A large nature reserve begins with pine forests typical of the island.
The idyllic sandy beach bay with beach restaurant can be reached by car in 5 minutes, (20 minutes on foot). There are enough parking spaces there.
The 2-storey villa with upscale furnishings can be comfortably occupied by 4 people: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious, open living area with kitchen, dining and living room. In the rear area there is also an utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Outside there are 2 ground-level terraces and a roof terrace.
The villa is modern and comfortably equipped with LED Full-HD TV, oven, microwave with grill, fridge-freezer, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, air conditioning cold / warm.
The upper bedroom has its own access to the roof terrace. Here you can retreat to the lounge - to read, sunbathe or enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine and end the evening nicely. The villa stands on a large plot surrounded by cypresses on all sides.

special feature:
There is a large parking area diagonally opposite the villa with a club house, children's playground and pool area (adult and children's pool). As our guest you get exclusive access to this area. Umbrellas and deck chairs are available.
The area is enclosed so that the children can move freely while the parents relax comfortably.
The keys are handed over personally by our nice administrator, who is also available to answer any questions during your stay.
In the center you will find everything you need for your daily needs:
Supermarkets, shops, bank, laundry, doctor's office and various restaurants and cafes.

Really nice place

We really enjoyed our holidays in this villa. It has everything you need on a holiday (even beach items!). Owners don't speak Spanish/English which you can Get around with translation tools. One improvement to suggest would be the Tv, there is no Spanish tv and very few English ones.

A few changes would make it perfect

My family of four (two adult children) stayed for six nights. Communication with the hosts was slightly challenging because of a language barrier. We speak both Spanish and English, but the hosts only communicated in German. We both used Google Translate to understand each other. The house is new, clean and in a convenient area near Cala Murada. We knew the hosts were German speaking, but we were surprised to find that the house rules and guide to the area were only available in German. We would have appreciated Spanish and/or English, since the house is located in Spain. We live in the US, and are used to properties with basic amenities such as shampoo, shower gel, and more than one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. The kitchen had basic equipment, but did not have salt, pepper or similar items. We're also accustomed to finding beach towels in properties near the ocean, and missed them here. The neighborhood pool was beautiful, clean and not crowded at all when we visited. The house was very comfortable and we enjoyed an amazing view of the stars from the terrace at night.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Haus, unmittelbar in der Nähe eines Gemeinschaftspool

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in diesem tollen Haus. Es fehlte an nichts. Eine Top ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer sowie diverse Aussensitzplätze und klimatisierte Räume. Alle möglichen Geräte inkl. Waschturm machen das Ferienleben sehr angenehm und laden zum Verweilen ein. Mit dem Parkplatz auf dem eigenen Gelände und dem abschliessbaren Garagetor entsteht ein gute Sicherheitsgefühl. Kann ich allen nur empfehlen, auch Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Sitio ideal para la familia. La casa es perfecta, tal y como sale en las fotos. Muy cómoda y agradable. Los propietarios muy amables y predispuestos a ayudar en todo lo posible. A lovely house on a large urbanisation. A car is needed to get to restaurants ideally although a few are 20 mins walk near a nice beach. House has everything and plenty of indoor and outdoor space

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Urlaub im Haus, in dem alles Notwendige vorhanden war. Die defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde umgehend ersetzt ... ein herzliches Dankeschön an Frau Büse als Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig ... auch da ringsum kaum Gäste anwesend waren was sicher auch Corina geschuldet war. Der Gemeinschaftspool war nur gering frequentiert, was uns entgegenkam ... an den kurzen Weg die Straße hinunter gewöhnt man sich... wobei das Foto den Eindruck vermittelt, der Pool läge direkt im Anschluss an das Haus ... Wunderschönes Haus

Liebe Familie Lange, wir haben uns in Ihrem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist absolut sauber, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Schöne Küchengeräte, neue Waschmaschine und Trockner, gute Klimaanlagen. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht auch an die Hausverwalterin Frau Büse. Die Hausübergabe hat mit ihr gut geklappt, obwohl unser Flug spät abends war. Bei Fragen konnte man sich immer an sie wenden. Auch die Anlage, in der das Haus steht, ist sehr schön. Wir haben mehrere Poolnachmittage am Gemeinschaftspool verbracht. Trotz Corona und den darauffolgenden Einschränkungen haben wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub gehabt. Modernes Haus

Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Möbel und die gesamte Inneneinrichtung ist neu und gepflegt. Die Beschreibung und auch die Fotos der Immobilie stimmen genau. Die Häuser in der gesamten Umgebung sind alle relativ modern und sehen sehr ordentlich aus. Ein Auto ist für Cala Murada empfehlenswert. Wir hatten mit der Familie noch ein anderes Haus in der Straße gemietet, was toll war, da wir dessen Garten und Pool mitbenutzen konnten. Sowohl die Vermieter als auch die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmals, uns hat es gut gefallen.

Wunderschöne Villa

Wir konnten in der Villa einen wunderschönen 1. Mallorcaurlaub verbringen. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen Gegend (Siedlung mit vielen neu gebauten Häusern) und mit den Auto erreicht man die nächste Bucht in bereits in 5 Minuten. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist wunderbar, es waren immer Liegen vorhanden und er war nie überfüllt. Wir können das Haus auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen . Vielen Dank!

Eine tolle Villa, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben als Familie im Juli 2019 tolle 10 Tage in dieser Villa verbracht. Die Unterkunft ist genau so, wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, die schriftliche Beschreibung entspricht den Tatsachen vor Ort. Der Gemeinschaftspool war nie überfüllt, Liegeflächen waren ausreichend vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war herausragend;- danke hierfür! Auch der Hausordner war mit vielen zusätzlichen Informationen (Ausflüge, Einkauf,....) ausgestattet. Danke für die Flasche Wein bei Ankunft. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief pünktlich und auch es wurde alles erklärt, was man zum Haus wissen muss;- inkl. ersten Einkaufstipps für die erste Kühlschrankfüllung! Kurzum, wir waren zufrieden und würden gerne nochmal in 2020 buchen. Herzliche Grüße aus Göttingen.
