Banc D.Oli is a characterful holiday home for six people. It is located in the municipality of Manacor on Mallorca, amidst a peaceful rural setting that offers complete tranquility and relaxation. Enjoy the spacious outdoor areas, featuring a large, well-kept garden and various spots for resting, relaxing, or dining al fresco.

Banc D.Oli is a single-story country house with three bedrooms; one is a separate room with direct access from the terrace. A unique atmosphere awaits you, featuring Baroque-style furniture and décor that blend harmoniously with the house's rustic character.

Upon entering the house, you step directly into the living room. To the right, an archway leads down two steps into the kitchen, which also includes a dining table. The formal dining room is located to the left of the living room. From here, you can access two bedrooms: one is furnished with two single beds pushed together and has an en-suite bathroom with a corner bathtub and separate shower; the other features a double bed. As the bathroom is also accessible from the dining room, it serves the second bedroom as well.

The third bedroom is accessible via large sliding glass doors from the pool terrace; it offers two single beds pushed together and an en-suite shower room. A retractable awning is also provided. The dining area is air-conditioned, while the three bedrooms feature ceiling fans.
The outdoor area is spacious and well-maintained, featuring a large garden and terraces perfect for relaxing, reading, and dining al fresco.

The utility room is located outside, behind the separate bedroom.

The upper floor is inaccessible; it is vacant and used exclusively by the owner for storage.
