4/5 Stars | Great for Skiing, but the "2nd Bedroom" is a Stretch While this condo served its purpose for our ski trip, the description of it being a true two-bedroom is a bit misleading. The second "bedroom" is actually a converted den with a window that opens directly into the living room, shielded only by blinds and curtains. To make matters worse, the bed is far too large for the space, making it nearly impossible for two adults to share the room comfortably. The condo itself is quite nice and the hot tub was a great perk after a day on the slopes, though the game room is relatively small. Overall, it’s a solid stay for a smaller group, but anything more than four people is really pushing the limits of the space. Beware of the layout if you are expecting two private, full-sized bedrooms!

This is not a two bedroom. It’s a one bedroom with a makeshift wall around a second bed. The “second bedroom” has a sheet for a door and one of the walls has a window sill with no glass window in it. The rooms were also dirty with used towels on the floor when we got there. I called the reservation number provided on the confirmation and sent a message through VRBO because we also needed a blanket for the second bed and we never heard back from them. Would not recommend this place or stay there again.

Family Summer Trip

The property was great, easy check in and check out. Location is perfect, walk to the village, shops, restaurants, public transportation and brewery. We were lucky to see momma bear and her cubs, was a great treat. We loved having our morning cup of coffee looking at the mountains, great peaceful view. We look forward to staying here again next year.

Cozy and Close to the Village

Enjoyed our stay at Viewpoint. It’s .4 mile walk from the village so easy to get to the Gondola and restaurants. It had everything we needed. We were there during the “epic” blizzard and the rental team was so flexible, supportive and responsive during our stay. We would stay here again. It’s perfect for 4 people (two large, comfy beds), a great kitchen and living room combo.

The nicest cabin I've ever stayed in in Mammoth! I've even stayed in a different viewpoint condo before, this one takes the cake. They really though of everything, even power strips! The pc mirroring to the TV's was nice too :).

Excellent little condo!

We were there in the offseason so it was very quiet. The first evening there was construction going on in the condo above us. Our condo was very clean and comfortable.

Great Ski Lodge

My wife, teenage son and I stayed for 5 days in April, 2025. Everything was as advertised. Clean and well kept. Easy walk to the village. There was an issue with the pellet stove so I texted the owner. They responded and had someone out there next morning to fix it Couldn’t recommend it higher. Will be my first check for availability next time we go to Mammoth.
