A few things to note: The Eagle Lodge ski area is right next door, but check the Mammoth Mountain website for the latest on snow conditions and opening dates. And because Mammoth keeps it cool, no need for A/C—just crack open the windows and let the mountain breeze work its magic. BBQ’s are a summer exclusive, so plan accordingly. And if you're sticking around for more than two weeks, a $150 cleaning fee will apply.
