We stayed here for the weekend and ran into several issues during our stay. The fireplace did not work; the front desk replaced the batteries in the remote (which was dead), but the fireplace still wouldn’t turn on.There were also problems with the upstairs bathroom. The sink had almost no water pressure and only dripped, and the shower did not drain properly and filled up with water while in use.Additionally, the TVs in both the bedrooms and living room would not connect to the WiFi, making them unusable.When we messaged through the app about these issues, we were repeatedly directed to speak with the front desk, which ultimately was not very helpful. By the time the host followed up to let us know they had contacted the front desk regarding our concerns, we were already checking out.Lastly, toiletries were not provided, and this was not mentioned in the listing description. Basic items like hand soap were not available, which was unexpected. Had this been disclosed in advance, we would have brought our own.Overall, this was disappointing as we have never experienced this level of unresponsiveness before. In our past VRBO stays, hosts have always been very responsive and issues were resolved quickly. That said, there were positives: the location is excellent and very close to Canyon Lodge, the hot tub on the property was great, and the unit itself was clean.
