• Parking: Parking is available for up to two vehicles—one space in the garage and one in the driveway. Parking passes are provided inside the home and must be displayed while parked.

• Stairs: Stairs are required inside the home. Please review the listing photos to ensure the layout is suitable for your group.

• Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. Guests have access to the community hot tub and sauna.

• WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

• Pets: This home is not pet friendly. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Permit: Town of Mammoth Lakes TOT 05960-0106.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

• Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.
