SPACIOUS CONDO

Enjoy this spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome that is perfect for your large group of up to 10. It features a quiet forest setting with a large outdoor deck, vaulted ceilings, and living room with flatscreen TV and DVD player. Relax by the wood-burning fireplace or take a dip in the complex jacuzzi. A perfect mountain retreat for Summer or Winter. The upgraded kitchen comes complete with everything you would need to cook and entertain, and the dining area seats 6 with an additional 3 at the kitchen bar. The master bedroom on the main level upstairs offers a King size bed and TV. With a upgraded adjacent bathroom with double vanity. The second bedroom downstairs features a King bed and TV, the third bedroom features a Queen bed and TV. The fourth and final bedroom is perfect for kids or singles offering a bunk bed with 2 Twin beds as well as another bunk bed with a Queen on the bottom and Twin on the top, and an extra twin trundle, also with TV. The remaining two bathrooms are located downstairs, one with tub/shower combo and the second with an upgraded walk-in shower. This condo is centrally located on the free shuttle route or a 5-10 minute walk gets you to the Minaret shopping center where you can find Starbucks, Vons, the movie theater and more! The complex has an array of amenities to offer such as an outdoor Pool (Summer only), outdoor covered hot tub, BBQ and patio area for Summer grilling. This condo sleeps a maximum of 10 people and comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces. There are 2 stairs to this unit, 2 levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. Our calendar is updated in real time. PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 some complex facilities and amenities may not be available. These may include but are not limited to: pools, spas, recreation rooms, sauna’s, tennis courts, fitness rooms and public gathering spaces. Nice Weekend in Mammoth

The condo was roomy enough for 5 adults and four children, ages 5-9. while offering places for peace and quiet in the middle of chaos. It had everything we needed to prepare meals. There were three bathrooms, so no waiting. There were some minor deficiencies, mostly in housekeeping: dusty surfaces in the entryway/mudroom, bathrooms and windows. The balcony with the grill was covered with yellow pine tree pollen, which we had to clean in order to use the grill. There was a broken window in one of the bedrooms, but maybe that helped with ventilation during the hot days and warm nights. The windows were balky, with the cranks mostly non-functional. I spoke with the owner, who apologized and said she was aware of the problem with the windows and had repairs lined up. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but it could've been better with just a little attention to detail.

Snowy condo

Tons of snow this year- difficult to distinguish parking spots with the snow( no fault of owner) nice stay with family enjoyed spacious living room and dining area - 4 bedrooms worked out great and 3 baths so nice- great stay

Ski Trip

Loved the home. We will plan to come back. Too much snow this time. 10 to 20 feet walls on streets. We came right after storm. Left one day early to avoid another storm coming in. The managers were so helpful and understanding. Very patient. Everyone in our family said the home felt very safe. The kitchen was well equipped. We did get one day of skiing in. Thank you

Very nice unit

We had a wonderful time. The unit is close to the bus stop and Vons. It's nice and spacious. Nicely decorated and office Manager was awesome.

Property Facts

Communications with the host was challenging. There was no guidance regarding check-in or check-out procedures, including where the two parking spots were located or where the condo itself was located in the complex. We were guests over a snowstorm weekend and didn’t have access to a shovel to clear out our vehicles or entrance/exit of the property. The condo itself had some maintenance problems including a shattered window in the master, a damaged washer and the showers had a difficult time maintaining a warm temperature. I would be hesitant to recommend this property to other people due to these issues. This is the first time I have ever given a property less than five stars. If property management handles these small issues the listing would be great for groups. The condo has plenty of space, beds were comfortable and extremely clean.

Comfortable stay

Very comfortable condo for 2 families - we had a great stay. Toilet paper and dishwasher soap were not provided, which would have been nice to know in advance. Also there were no included instructions so we did not know there was a jacuzzi/sauna until halfway through our stay - an information sheet at arrival would be super helpful. That said, we loved the wood stove, and lots of kitchen amenities made for a wonderful home for the week. The beds are super comfortable! Would stay again, just would have been helpful to have a bit more info..
