  • Enjoy your vacation in the comfort and convenience of our fully furnished and recently remodeled 3-bedroom townhome. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with new cabinets, granite counters, exposed beam vaulted ceilings and comfortable furnishings. All rooms have individually controlled new heating system. The living room has a 65-inch HD Smart TV with DVR, and DVD and HBO. Second story bedrooms have 50-inch smart TVs, and third story room has a 40-inch Smart TV.
    This townhome is a nonsmoking, 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, 3 story end unit. As you enter at ground level, you will find the living room, kitchen/dining area, wood burning fireplace (firewood included) and a full bath. On the second level are two bedrooms with a queen bed in each with vaulted ceilings. The full bath with dressing area outside the main bath are also on the second level along with a full laundry room. The third story room has two twin beds. There are balcony's off of the living room, kitchen and master bedroom. The townhome building backs up to the pool and jacuzzi but faces the opposite direction, so you do not hear any noise from the pool area.

Easy, Modern, Convenient, Clean

Everything was as listed and the check in/out process was super easy. The location is great for grabbing the bus and Roberto's is just a short walk! We look forward to booking here again!

Comfortable winter cabin with modern amenities

A gem of a winter rental home! Easily the most well stocked vacation home I’ve ever rented with seemingly every amenity any family could need. Super responsive and helpful host made check-in/out a breeze, really felt like they wanted our vacation to be the best it could be. Would gladly stay here again!

Great stay!

We had a great time! We had 2 family’s and it was perfect! The kitchen was great had all the things we needed and had enough space to lounge and relax! The hot tubs were nice and hot. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were very nice. Would love to stay again!

We are so satisfied that this place is very close to the grocery and shuttle station. Larry responds very fast. We enjoyed a great weekend here.

Mammoth film festival prime stay

This place was amazing for our stay for mammoth film festival! Such an easy check in and any questions I had before we checked in were answered promptly! We were almost snowed in and they were very accommodating for if that situation were to happen! Absolutely will book again!

Great Condo and Perfect Location

The condo was the perfect place to stay for the Mammoth Tuff event. Everything was as advertised and was everything we could ask for a place to relax before and after the bike ride. It comfortably fit five guys and our bikes (locked on the patio of course). We would definitely stay there again next year.

Great property

This property was perfect for our work needs for the Bluesapalooza festival. It was spacious and clean. The rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with for cooking. The property owner communicated well and check-in/out was very easy.

Comfortable condo

I booked this condo for a fun 4 day getaway. It was myself, husband, parents and our best friends. This condo was very comfortable for 6 adults. Nice neighborhood and very quiet. We will stay here again.

Family trip

Lory’s condo was absolutely beautiful and centrally located to anywhere we wanted to go. Plenty of space for our family of 6 to spend the a long weekend in the mountains. The host was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. She gave clear instructions on how to access the amenities on site, as well as the town shuttle. We had a fantastic trip and would love to stay there again!

Great place on red line route

Lovely place for spending kids spring break to ski. Appreciated close proximity to red line running every 20 minutes to catch gondola up to lodge. Comfortable beds to sleep up to 8 people and well apportioned kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean unit. Owner very responsive to questions.

Mammoth ski vacation

Great location. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. It was perfect for 4 adults and ski equipment. Great wood burning stove with unlimited fire wood. Newly remodeled kitchen with all necessary appliances. Parking was tough largely due to record snowfall, but the property is conveniently located on the Green line and walking distance to shopping

Ski vacation

The property was as advertised in the listing and very spacious for a family of four but could easily accommodate up to 6 with the three bedrooms. The property is perfectly situated on the Green Line bus route to Eagle lodge and the bus stop is right outside. No issues with parking and you can easily walk to the grocery store and restaurants. We will definitely book this property in the future.

Wonderful host and cozy condo!

My friends and I had a great time at Lory's property! She was a very responsive host and the cozy condo was exactly as listed. The kitchen was well stocked so we were able to cook a bunch of meals at the condo. The heaters and fireplace worked great and kept us all warm in the snowy weather. Lory also gave us a late checkout so we were able to fully enjoy our last day in Mammoth. Highly recommend booking this property!

Awesome stay

Place was well maintained and exactly as advertised. Great communications from the owner and super easy check in. Right next to a shuttle stop to get to mammoth and great jacuzzis on site. Definitely recommend.

Great Condo/Great Location

We rented this condo for the week while our son raced the mammoth motocross. Great location, close to track, Vons and restaurants in walking distance. Kitchen fully stocked and comfortable beds. Host was very responsive and great to communicate with. Very generous in offering late checkout. Had a great time and will definitely be back next year!

Extremely convenient

Amazing location--this place had everything we needed and gave easy access to the mountain. Hot tubbing in the snow was pretty great too.

Comfortable, Great Location

The unit was easy to access and very clean when we arrived. It is centrally located with easy access to public transportation offering free bus service around town, including access points for ski lifts. Additional blankets would have been helpful the first night, when the unit was warming up, but it was comfortable after that. Nearby grocery store (Vons) and Tesla charging were also convenient and within walking distance. Lory was very responsive to any questions. Overall a great stay.
