This is a Studio loft that has two full bathrooms so no waiting to shower after your long days of activities! This is perfect for a family. In the Condo you can enjoy a fully accessorized kitchen, TV service, WIFI, games with the family, and relaxation. Located close to town where you are able to walk to several restaurants or jump on either the green line or Evening Hospitality shuttle right out the front door. Two Parking spaces are allowed.

- In the loft you will find a Queen Bed.
- In the living room there is a Queen Air Mattress.

BATHROOMS
- In the loft there is a full bath with a Bath Tub and a Shower.
- Main living area there is another full bath with a Shower.

PARKING
- There is a large parking lot in the center of the complex where you park.

During the winter you must drive a snow capable vehicle, preferably a vehicle that is 4WD or AWD, carry the correct chains and know how to use them (legal requirement), and plan your trip accordingly knowing this is a ski town and we can get 1-2 ft of snow within a 24 hour period. A driver who has experience driving in the snow is great as well.

Must sign our rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48 hours of booking confirmation or forfeit your reservation.
