Modern Mountain Retreat in an Idyllic Creekside Location Newly Renovated and Pet Friendly- #570

Brand new on market for winter season, newly remodeled and pet friendly two-story 2 bedroom, 2 bath with large loft located in the beautiful Snowcreek neighborhood. The unit boasts a large open-concept great room with beautiful vaulted ceilings and stylish decor throughout. Enjoy the grandeur with an enormous 75" Smart TV and an over-sized plush sectional which converts into a true Queen bed. There's plenty of seating for everyone!

The spacious kitchen comes fully stocked with every cooking utensil and cookware you might need (including a fondue set, if you're trying to really embrace the mountain ambiance) and is perfect for anyone who plans to cook family meals. The hand-built oak table dining table will comfortably seat 8 adults - so gather around and share some meals and memories. Love to grill? The propane BBQ is ready and waiting to char your meat right on the covered balcony.

Speaking of the balcony, it looks out onto the Sherwin Mountains and a beautiful creek located just twenty feet or so away.

Both bedrooms are on the main floor. The master bedroom holds a King bed, 42" TV, and en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms sport brand new beds, mattresses, and bedding! Upstairs, you'll find the large loft with a Queen bed as well as two Twin beds. The remodeled bathrooms include frameless glass shower doors and Kohler showerheads with the kind of water pressure you deserve after a hard day of skiing Mammoth's legendary powder.

There's also an in-unit washer and dryer and gas fireplace, and the unit is located just steps from a well-maintained hot tub. Plenty of parking is another perk of the property.

For summer guests, there's a small park alongside the creek that is perfect for picnics, sports or letting the dogs run around -- basically your own backyard. It's also surrounded by hiking and biking trails.

NOTICE: For Holiday Reservations check-in is 5 PM. We will call you if your property is ready before 5 PM. Also during Holidays, there are NO early check-in/late check-outs.

Place was very nice and clean. It has everything we needed and was close enough to the slopes, shopping, and restaurants. View was nice and the stream right outside was great. Recommend this place highly.

Update & Cozy
My family visited from out of state and we decided to head up to Mammoth for some early season snowboarding. The condo had plenty of space for us: my parents and sister-in-law had plenty of room to hang and work during the days while the rest of us were riding. The kitchen was well stocked and had all that we needed. I’ve also stayed at Snow Creek many times and my daughters liked this condo because of the creek right out back.

Beautiful property, but condo needs a lot of work
The property itself is beautiful. The condo on the other hand, needs a lot of work. Upon entering, we noticed a ton of dog hair, bugs, and dust in nearly every room. The drains in both showers were clogged which meant your upper body was taking a shower and your knees were taking a bath. The handle to the kitchen sink would rip off nearly every time you turned on the water. The curtains in the main living room were not big enough to cover the windows and nearly half of the curtain rings were broken. The on/off button to the gas fireplace was broken causing the fireplace to turn off on its own after a few seconds of using it. It was barely operable by the time we left. The washer and dryer are extremely old. The washer began leaking on the floor. We cleaned up the water and notified the management company. The dryer takes 3-4 cycles to dry any clothes or towels. The internet stopped working. Could not use the WiFi or TV for the last 4 days of our stay. After contacting the management company by phone and in person numerous times, they were unable to receive a response from the owner of the property to resolve the issue. Internet was never resolved by the time we left and we never heard back from the owner. Lastly, renters should be aware that they are building homes/condos directly across from the unit. Very loud. Overall, the condo was a huge disappointment. The owner seems extremely irresponsible and needs to update the condo before renting it out any further.

Great place
Centrally located and clean. We brought our dog and especially liked that there was easy, private, quick access to a lawn area. Creek was amazing - entire subdivision was beautiful. Management was extremely quick to respond to my questions. The only (minor) issue we had was all of the bathroom drains were slow and the master shower was completely backed up by the 2nd night. Management responded to my request for draino immediately but the clogs needed more attention than draino. Also, the clothes dryer was old and took a really long time to get clothes mostly dry. These were minor issues - the good things about this property outweighed those issues. Would stay here again.

Perfect location next to the river!
Being able to open the living room windows and listen to the sound of the river running by was very relaxing. Everything was clean and organized. Nice, giant refrigerator. The A/C controller doesn’t seem to do much, but the cool mountain air did the trick! Great location for taking walks with the dog! I very much recommend this place!

Perfect for a winter escape
We (3 families) spent a week at this condo and it was great. Appreciate the updates, especially in the kitchen. Most comfortable beds we’ve had at a rental. Great cozy factor with plenty of blankets and a wonderful gas fireplace. TV was big enough for us all to snuggle up for movie night. Great kitchen table for a group meals and board games. Loved the hot tub. A few things could be improved: an updated dryer is needed, more towels, and a better stocked kitchen. We were snowed in and had to extend during the blizzard - Kelli was kind and communicative. We’d absolutely stay here again.
