  • Dos dormitorios totalmente amueblado condominio con dos baños completos que ha sido recientemente puesto al día con el nuevo: alfombra, calefacción por suelo radiante, encimeras de cocina y bar.

    Ubicado a la salida de la barranca Blvd. a poca distancia de Canyon Lodge con un esquí de entrada / salida rastro durante los meses de invierno! Durante los meses de verano las pistas de bicicleta de montaña, hasta la ciudad y abajo de la ciudad son accesibles a la propiedad.

    Este condominio de dos recámaras y dos baños es ideal para hasta 6 personas. Hay un espacio de estacionamiento marcado y garantizado en el garaje y solo 7 pasos hasta el condominio.
    ÁREA DE VIVIENDA PRINCIPAL: la sala de estar tiene un nuevo (2019) Smart TV (que también funciona bien con Apple TV), sofá cama Queen, cómodas sillas, juegos y libros, estufa de gas caliente en un termostato. El condominio ha sido remodelado con calefacción por suelo radiante en la entrada / cocina / baño superior, alfombras nuevas y muebles.

    EL ÁREA DEL COMEDOR tiene una mesa y 6 sillas. Hay una terraza privada junto al comedor con una mesa y dos sillas, y vistas a la montaña y al teleférico.

    LA COCINA está completamente equipada con una estufa a gas, lavaplatos, microondas, horno tostador, cafetera, licuadora, olla eléctrica, sartenes para hornear, ollas de todos los tamaños, sartenes y platos para servir.

    CUARTO DE BAÑO COMPLETO BAÑO con calefacción por suelo radiante, bañera / ducha combinadas, secador de pelo incorporado.
    BAÑOS DE BAÑO COMPLETO con pisos con calefacción, secador de pelo incorporado. En este baño, el inodoro y la ducha / bañera están separados del área del lavamanos.

    BAÑOS DE DOS HABITACIONES -
    Maestro tiene una cama king y TV de pantalla plana.
    El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen y dos camas nido. Hay una cortina para proporcionar privacidad entre las dos áreas de dormir. Esta habitación también cuenta con TV de pantalla plana.

    En la propiedad hay dos año de interior redonda de hidromasaje, con una sauna seca, además de espacio de recreo. Durante los meses de verano, con una gran piscina climatizada, pistas de tenis, piscinas de herradura y una zona de baloncesto. También hay barbacoa de comunidad situada alrededor de la propiedad.

Wonderful stay. The house was cleaned to perfection. Kitchen was stocked with anything and everything you need. Check in and check out was easy. Will stay here again.

Coziest Place We Have Stayed at in Mammoth!

Everything from the layout to the furniture is extremely cozy and inviting. We couldn't figure out how to get the downstairs to warmer, but the heated floors really do work and the place overall was great to stay at and we look forward to staying again in the near future.

Great location, new carpet!

I stay at Mammoth Ski and Racquet pretty often and this was one of the nest units I’ve had there. New carpet is hard to come by in this building so it was a welcome sight. Great spot with two full best rooms separate from the common areas upstairs. Highly recommend!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good, but disappointed that the carpet was so dirty that my socks were black from walking around on it once. Suggest you get it steamed cleaned. Also venetian blinds had layers of dust and hadn't been cleaned in years.

Great family getaway

Location was quite, clean and close to the village. We found our unit to be spacious, clean and enough amenities to keep the whole family happy and engaged. Close to the village so we could walk and only a few minutes to all other attractions.

The condo is cozy and has a well stocked kitchen. Steep 10-15 min walk to ski area

Overall “good”. The Condo is cozy and a short walk from the complex hot tub. The person at the office didn’t know how to determine if the condo was ready for us to go in which made for a bit of a wait. It’s close to the ski area but you wouldn’t want to walk in ski boots. The TV stopped working after the first night. We didn’t make the effort to get help from the office.

Great location

Hard to beat an affordable place right next to Canyon. Had a couple things break on us, but the management company was responsive when we let them know. It would be a nice to have in the future if they upgraded the doors to keyless entry, one less thing to have to worry about.

Overall very good and accurate description

Good location. About 10 minute walk to Canyon Lodge/ski lift. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Kitchen stocked. Pillows on the bed could be upgraded. Overall we would stay here again.

Very comfortable cozy condo!

We were very happy with the everything about this condo. It worked perfectly for our family of 6. Two adults and 4 children. We hope to rent it again in the near future.

I've rented many condos in Mammoth over the years. This was a great accommodation. Kitchen was well stocked. Everything worked perfectly. I'll be back.

Great spot with well stocked kitchen!

We really enjoyed our stay here. No problems with the internet with 4 people on doing school and work at the same time. Kitchen had almost everything needed to make cooking all meals easy.

Well appointed condo right next to Canyon Lodge

Well appointed condo with a great kitchen— perfect for a 2 night stay for my family. Drove and walked to the resort for skiing— not a super short walk, but easy to manage when we had skiers leaving the condo at different times on Friday morning. Definitely would stay here again!

Mammoth 2021

Accommodations were spacious and well appointed. Short walk to Canyon Lodge but delightful opportunity to use the Village ski back trail. Would recommend this unit.
