Primary Bedroom has a California King bed with a premium mattress and an en-suite bathroom

· Dedicated covered garage parking for one vehicle and outdoor guest parking available as well

· Large Smart TV in Family Room with Wi-Fi

· Gas/Propane Fireplace

· Kitchen includes new appliances, dishware, utensils, cookware, coffee maker and toaster

· Large balcony with views of mountains and Crowley Lake in the distance

· Pool, spa, sauna and community recreation room located adjacent to the building

· Complex also has tennis and volleyball courts on site

· Complex is conveniently located adjacent to Canyon Lodge. Walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street

· Mountain Ski Back Trail runs right behind the complex for easy return at the end of the day

Maximum Occupancy: This unit accommodates up to 6 people.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the propane fireplace! There is a 42 inch TV in the living room with a DVD player and VCR.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and an indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

Views: This sunlit unit has views of Crowley Lake and the Sherwin Mountains.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (apprx ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (apprx 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Needs some major updates!

The location is good and close to Canyon lodge. Heaters worked well. Beds comfortable. Very loud! You can hear running water, washing machine, and toilets flush in units above you. The bathrooms need a major overhaul! Shower heads are very poor! Old faucet fixtures and vanities could use an upgrade! Kitchen needs to be stocked with basic essentials. i.e.: pots, dining plates, silverware, glassware. A quick trip to Costco could easily fix that! Probably would avoid staying in this unit again unless items mentioned above were taken care of.

The property was nice and the location was good with only a short walk to Canyon Lodge.

The entrance driveway was steep and it iced over every night. During the 2 nights we stayed I saw well over a dozen cars get stuck / lose control and slide into the side banks due to the ice. My car got stuck even with chains on it! The condo association needs to scrape that driveway every night in the winter or at least let potential guests know that they will need a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get in and out of the conpmex if you stay in the winter. It was very dangerous! Overall the condo was nice, I wish the condo information told us that the fireplace was gas rather than wood burning. The location is good, only a short walk to Canyon Lodge. The jacuzzi worked great and it was nice to have a garage to park the cars in. I would stay here again but only if I buy a 4 wheel drive vehicle.

The condo heaters in the bedrooms did not work properly, there was a mouse inside our room the entire time, needed to be kept cleaner.

Beautiful views, very clean, nice place! Excellent customer service!

Had a few hiccups, but management took care of it immediately, and were kind and helpful. We even got to encounter the resident bear who lived close to the property! Management was so helpful when we couldn’t get into Yosemite Valley, they were able to extend our stay with no extra fees. Only thing this place needs is AC for the summer months. But all in all, would definitely recommend staying here!

Fair place, Plumbing Issues

The Positives: 1. Clean place and spacious 2. Swimming pool access was a positive for the kids 3. Nice balcony for sitting a chatting 4. Close by to the village and good bus access 5. Onsite staff to help with issues 6. covered parking for 1 car 7. TV in living room and bedrooms The Challenges: 1. Plumbing really needs to be fixed. One toilet required 4+ flushes to get the waste to clear. 2. Bathroom sink also had extremely low drainage so it took a few minutes to drain 3. The faucet was so hard to pull on that kids or anyone who is not strong cannot turn on without help 4. Kitchen faucet is so worn that once lifted up to turn on water, the weight of the faucet lever will cause the water to turn off- real annoying 5. If locking bathroom or bedroom doors is important to you, none of the doors lock or close properly 6. Jacuzzi water is nasty and really needs to be clean/changed more frequently

Very nice and cozy

Great accommodations and walking distance to the mountain. Parking situation is a bit lacking (only 2 cars allowed even for groups of 8) and that info isn’t advertised until booking is made. But otherwise was great, very clean, quiet and staff is helpful.

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was great and was equipped with everything we needed. The location was also great - close to hiking, the town and the water. There was some issues with noise and upstairs neighbors - but overall we had a great stay.

Front door was broken and didn't lock causing safety concerns. Apartment smelled old & musty. Limited kitchen supplies for cooking and the supplies they did have were old, broken and overused. Would not recommend to friends / family.

Great Condo and Location

This condo had an amazing view of the mountains and was walking distance to the Canyon Lodge. We had a full house and enough room. The house was fully stocked with pots and pans and plates and the property management was great and replaced our towels and brought cleaning supplies. I would highly recommend this property.
