The unit is an end unit on the ground floor with parking right in front of the door. The red line shuttle stop is right out in front of the complex. The free shuttle will take you right to the Village or Main Lodge. The stop for the green line to Eagle Lodge is about 1/2 block away.There are many restaurants within a few minutes walking distance . Rite Aid and Von`s are both close by.

There`s a free bus service just steps from the door.

Basic amenities have been provided including towels, sheets, blankets, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, and hand soap. Extra blankets and pillows are located in the closet. You also have full access to our washer and dryer if you need to do laundry. The jacuzzi is located to the right of the unit and the key is hanging near the front door. For summer use- the pool is located behind the building.

Our kitchen is at your disposal. Feel free to utilize our cooking ware, utensils, and appliances as needed. We have plenty of storage space for your groceries as well. Please clean used dishes, pots/pans, etc after use.

This unit contains a queen size bed in the bedroom along with a Murphy bed that is located in the dining area. Instructions for use are: pill down to floor using silver handles and make sure that black legs are fully extended prior to use. If you have any trouble with this please CONTACT the owner. Please do not allow jumping on the bed as you will be responsible for any damages.

We also provide digital TV selections via ROKU including Netflix, Amazon, and other channels. Please notify us prior to purchase of movies as any charges incurred will need to be repaid. The censor for the ROKU is located on the bottom right shelf underneath the TV. If you have any issues with the TV functions please CONTACT us prior to unplugging or rewiring any of the devices.

We try to provide firewood for guests as much as possible. If available, wood is located outside of the door for use with the wood burning stove. If stove is used, please empty ashes into the silver bucket provided prior to departure.

Our home is a non-smoking environment however smoking is permitted on the premises 25 feet away from the building. Please dispose of your cigarettes in the dumpsters located outside.

Parking:
This unit allows ONE parking space. Parking pass is located on the counter upon arrival and must remain in your car at all times while parked outside. Additional parking is located to the left of Sierra Manor at no extra cost.

Getting Around:
Sierra Manor is located on Old Mammoth Road in a great location close to restaurants, bars, grocery, banks, a movie theater, and miscellaneous shopping. The FREE shuttle stop is located just outside of the entrance to Sierra Manor. This bus shuttle will take you to the mountain for skiing/snowboarding and around town!
