This property is nicely renovated and very convenient to town and skiing. The underground parking is great and Kevin was very responsive when things went a little askew. We were grateful for a lovely spring skiing trip.

Great place! It was perfect for a weekend getaway. It's really close to the lifts and just a few minutes from the village. The underground parking is really convenient, and I love that it's on a golf course - we had a beautiful view outside the window (especially with the snow) as opposed to staring at a parking lot. The unit itself is really nice and looks exactly as pictured. We will definitely be staying here again.

Check In process was quick and easy, the garage parking was splendid and the proximity to the ski lift was very convenient. However, a few thing to dock points off would be having no extra toilet paper, paper towels (although there are plentiful amounts of towels & rags), and no new sponges to clean dishes when we needed to wash something quickly and not wait for the dishwasher.

This is a beautiful Condo in a great location. The property backs up to the 16th hole at the Sierra Star golf course and minutes from the Eagle Lodge at Mammoth Mountain ski resort. We return each year to ski. The free shuttle service is a short walk from the indoor parking garage. Gas fireplace. Fabulous kitchen with lots of plug in appliances. Comfortable beds. 2 lovely bathrooms. Washer & Dryer. Sleeps up to 6 people. Communication with host is excellent. We have not found a better VRBO location in Mammoth Lakes - that’s why we keep coming back.

We had great family trip. The location is prime- the garage parking for two that fit a truck was helpful. The owner is super responsive to any questions we had. It would be a little tight for six adults but worked well for us. The large washer and dryer were great to have after skiing.

Great location, clean, well appointed kitchen. It’s the bottom floor so you can hear noisy families above. Owner didn’t provide a key to the hot tub and apparently this is common for guests to experience.

This is such a nice condo. Check in so easy (you dont have to go somewhere to get the keys its electronic) the place was clean and the beds wonderful. Just in case you need to speak to the owner he was always available and got back to us quickly. Really a wonderful time and place.

Pros. Good layout, updated amenities, clean, wonderful location.. enjoyable walking distance to village, parking great, good WiFi, secluded location. 9+/10. Very comfortable living area. Cons. Poor sound insulation from upstairs unit. Wanted to give maximum rating but our experience due to noise was not ideal. We have stayed in this complex ( not this unit) 2 x before, both times in a similar location without issue, this time not so much. This unit is very nice both inside, location, and convenience, just be aware that it is a downstairs unit.

I am so glad that we booked this condo for our Mammoth Summer Get Away. The condo is exceptionally clean and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with quality cookware and everything you would need. Everything we needed was there and clearly organized. The location was amazing and we were very close to everything Mammoth had to offer. The area around the condo is beautiful for walks. The owner was great with communicating and responsiveness. You could tell the owner takes pride in this property and hosting. He even worked with us to arrange shipping something we left behind. I give this condo 5 stars for your Mammoth stay!

We have stayed in many VRBO properties. This condo is by far the best property we visit each year. The location is perfect for us as we come to ski and relax annually. The Eagle Lodge is a short distance away. We walk to the shuttle pick up stop and head up to the Mountain with our ski gear. Parking is convenient and located beneath the complex - warm and clean. The condo is set up beautifully. Spacious 2 bedrooms/2 full baths. Modern kitchen with everything you could want that shares space into the living & dining area. This condo has a washer & dryer which is an added convenience. Gas fireplace. Outdoor back patio with gas grill. Beautifully furnished - comfortable couch & leather recliner. Master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed/private bath and the guest bedroom has a double/single bunk with very comfortable mattresses off the 2nd bathroom. Our communication with the owner is fantastic. There is a very large hot-tub outside that is a 1 minute walk from our front door. Just past the green space outside our back patio is the Sierra Star golf course. We’ve never been here during the summer but imagine this property would be delightful. I almost hate to rave about this place because we will never get back to it - it’s that good.
