Welcome to Jackalope at Mammoth! Facing the Sherwin Mountains, enjoy your morning cup of coffee with spectacular views of the snow-capped mountains or relax on the balcony with a glass of wine as the sun retreats behind the majestic pines. Stylish and modern yet woodsy and rustic, this is a fantastic escape from a fast paced city life.

The space
It is our pleasure to share our family vacation home with you and we hope it will add to the amazing experience of Mammoth. We are located in the first building of Mountainback at Mammoth - 1/2 mile to Canyon Lodge and 1/2 mile to The Village. Our space is great for multiple families or large groups. Our kitchen and living space are newly renovated.

Kitchen/Dining/Living
Enjoy gatherings with our generously-sized great room graced by a modern mountain fireplace, SMART TV, vaulted ceilings, a wall of windows and glass sliding doors which lead out to two separate balconies. Our recently renovated, well equipped gourmet kitchen will inspire your inner chef with its quartz countertops, kitchen island with seating and Cafe appliances. Have delicious family meals around our rustic wood dining table and melt onto the comfortable couches after a wonderful day of adventures.

Bedroom 1:
This large downstairs guest bedroom is right off the entry and has a California king bed with south facing windows with views of the Sherwins. It is connected to a full bathroom with a tub, which also doubles as the powder room bathroom to the common areas.

Bedroom 2:
This master bedroom, fitted with a California king bed is located downstairs off the living room. Its large southwest facing windows offer views of the Sherwins and the building's communal outdoor jacuzzi. It has an en-suite bathroom with a large bathtub, a large closet, and a TV with a ROKU streaming stick.

Upstairs Loft:
The loft has 2 parts - the first room has a comfortable queen bed with a bathroom. The second part of the loft leads to our bunk room. We have 2 sets of bunk beds, a couch and a TV with a Roku Ultra Streaming Box. There is one set of stairs to the loft

Garage Clearance is 7 feet max

There is two full sets of stairs to unit .

Full size washer & dryer in unit.

There are 2 underground parking spaces for our property.

This is our vacation home and it is well kept and well stocked with everything we love. Please treat our house as if it were your own.

NOTICE: For Holiday Reservations check-in is 5 PM. We will call you if your property is ready before 5 PM. Also during Holidays, there are NO early check-in/late check-outs.

This is our second stay at this condo. It’s beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need and the beds and linens are luxurious. We highly recommend !

Mountain Time
Spent a week in the mountains with our son, daughter in law and their family. A perfect home, room for everyone to have their space. The upstairs bunk-game room was ideal for the boys along with the separate upstairs bedroom for our granddaughter. The kitchen had any amenity one would need along with a bbq being available on the patio. Two master suites down stairs provided space for the adults. The views were amazing. Would definitely rent again.

Great location near Canyon Lodge. Very clean space, kitchen is well-stocked (cooking supplies and tools). Many many unique and thoughtful decorative elements, including Rose Apothecary supplies. Drying rack for boots/gloves a huge asset after white-out conditions on the mountain. Covered parking easy and convenient. We look forward to our next stay.

Cute cabin, perfect location
I absolutely loved this property. It was the cutest place for a ski trip with my friends. I gave the check in process 3 stars only because we had difficulty with the lock getting in, HOWEVER, the owner of the house was very communicative and was able to solve the problem for us quickly. The bedrooms are great sizes and accommodated my larger group of people easily. I loved the view from the two balconies and felt so cozy after a long day of snowboarding. The place was also a 15 minute walk up the road to canyon lodge which was super convenient. Loved this stay and hope to go back again soon!

Wonderful experience
The property is very clean and all utilities are ready to use. I like everywhere, the bed rooms, bath rooms, kitchen. The TV has all main channels such as Disney+, HBOMax, Netflix, etc. The location is very good too. You can walk to some good restaurants in a couple of minutes. We have a great time staying there for a couple of days.

The owners did a marvelous job of thinking of all the small things that would come in handy during our stay (all kinds of kitchen utensils, tons of cups, extra toiletries, etc). My only complaint was that there were flannel sheets on all the beds - and we were here in mid-August.

The Real Deal
Great location, right near town and right on the main trail that leads to Twin Lakes, and Lake Mary. The condo is really nicely upgraded and well stocked with a ton of different amenities that make the place feel like home. There are cooking utensils and equipment that will resemble your own kitchen, there is laundry detergent ready to go, there are bath salts if you want to relax. The point here is that the lovely pictures of the property aren't just pictures and we were really impressed with the place and the work/care/pride that the owners have taken in renovating the condo. There is a spa located right below the property and one doesn't need to wander along through other buildings to find it. The spa is saltwater -- nice. The pool is a bit further away but heated and quite nice. The main village -- not the skiing lodge -- but the shopping and restaurants, and maybe 2 mins drive away. The grocery store is about 5 mins away. Finally, the management on the property is quite good. Nomadness Rentals was on the ball in a number of ways. We had a minor problem with the property while onsite and Nomadness was on site within the day to resolve the issue. Our thought is that problems happen and its how the management deals with problems, when they do occur, that differentiates. Nomadness Rentals differentiated for us. Great space, great location, great experience, rent with confidence.
