    • Parking: Unassigned parking for up to two vehicles is available in the community lot on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking passes are provided and must be displayed while parked.

    • Stairs: Stairs are required to access the condo.

    • Community Amenities: Community amenities are managed by the Horizons 4 HOA. Availability, hours, and maintenance schedules may vary. The hot tub, sauna, recreation room, and laundry facilities are generally available year-round. The pool, tennis court, picnic area, and BBQ grills are typically available during the summer season. During winter, access to the clubhouse and hot tub may require entry through the Azimuth Road gate due to snow closures.

    • WiFi & Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to Mammoth Lakes' mountain location, internet speeds, reliability, and cellular service can vary and may occasionally be unavailable.

    • Pets: This home is not pet friendly in accordance with HOA rules. Evidence of a pet during your stay or after checkout will result in an additional cleaning fee.

    • Seasonal Travel: Winter weather and road conditions can change quickly. Please plan accordingly and carry appropriate winter driving equipment when required.

    • Local Construction: Mammoth Lakes is currently experiencing ongoing road work and new development throughout the area. Construction activity and related noise are outside of our control, and refunds will not be issued for disturbances associated with local construction.

    • Check-In/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late checkout cannot be guaranteed.

The location was perfect! Close to the grocery store, movie theater, coffee shops, and with easy access to the bus that takes you directly to the ski lifts. The accommodations were very clean and well stocked with all the necessities we needed. Thank you and we'll definitely be back!

Great stay! Bus stop right outside, walkable to Vons and many other restaurants & bars. Was given the wrong access code and arrived at 1am, texted the 24/7 number and got a new code within minutes. Great customer service.

Mammoth Motocross Annual Trip

The condo was close to the Motocross Track and every convince; shopping, restaurants, golf, movies. They provided everything needed to have the comforts of home. The condo was very clean with ample space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider this condo for our trip next year.

Easy and Close

This is a great condo in the heart of old town. The checkin process was quick and the location was less then a block away. from the condo. The condo is well stocked with the essentials.

Clean and cozy

Place was a right fit for our family of four. It was clean and has everything needed. We got fast responses from managing company whenever we texted them. Tip: take portable safety guard rail with you, if you consider a child to sleep on top of the bunk bed. We liked the place and we will return again.

Great service

The host was very responsive to our needs, whether it was sending a loaner microwave when the one in unit wasn't working or getting a snow shovel, extra keys for my friend, or extra matches and fire starter to us. When looking for the hot tub, the host also made sure to text me a map and let me know I needed to bring my key to get in. The place was clean and cozy - the perfect place to wait out a crazy storm. Very close to the slopes as well. We had a lovely stay!

Cozy and comfortable

This place was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved having the bunk beds (my only comment here is that the top bunk should have some sort of guard, for little kids and even adults, it would be easy to fall off once asleep). Internet was reliable, the TV and streaming services actually works well (a few places we have stayed at the tvs did not work at all).. Another plus were that the non stick pans were not scratched! it was a great stay for us and we would definitely put this down as a place for a repeat visit should we come back to mammoth again ourselves.

Cozycodo

Place fit our needs. Cozy, convenient and honey. Great tv with all modern apps for it. The only downside was most of the pots and pans were tephlon with scratched surfaces, which is dangerous. They need updating! Otherwise, it was great and really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect place for our family snow trip

Location is great - Mammoth shuttle stop across the street and walkable to supermarket. The pool table in the game room provided a fun evening - bring quarters! Unit was nicely outfitted and had everything we needed - decent TV and sound bar, lots of dishes, utensils, etc. Only disappointment was the hot tub wasn't working but not the owner's fault.

Mini Vacation

I had a difficult time getting the lock to open to get the keys. However, everything else was good. There were still some snow in certain areas so the pool was closed, but we enjoyed the hot tub. The room was amazing. I loved how everything was set up. It was the perfect little place for my best friend and two kids. They even loved the heater in the bathroom, lol. My kids have been asking to go back for another trip. I definitely would recommend this place!

Good stay

The property was good. Enough space for all of us, had all the utensils, towels, etc. The only thing I would recommend is to remove the microwave that is not working. There are two in the apartment, but one is not working, just taking space. The other thing, the drain in the shower was plugged before we use the bathroom, so when we used it, the water stayed and drained very slowly. It would be good to check it in advanced.Overall the stay was very pleasant, the communication with the host was great, very responsive and kind. I would definitely stay again.

Apartment needs repair

The patio door was leaking water during the whole stay, office people Came to check and informed us they are not able to repair, nor they offered any clean up, or any immediate interventions. Check in and. Check our process is out dated; we had to pick up and drop off the key; very inconvenient.

Nice ground floor unit.

Clean and well equipped. Check-in was painless once we found the office. We appreciated the ground-floor location. The unit had some nice upgrades. Thankfully bath towels were included (not listed). Since we were just two, we didn't try the sofa bed or bunks. We appreciated the bedroom dresser. The location was convenient for our summer activities. Note--the hair drier did not work and a couple overhead lights were inoperable. As described, the pool, etc were out of service.

Loved the Location

The property was just as advertised. However they should have notified me that there was construction going on. Both of the units adjacent to mine had flooring repairs going on and the roof was being done while I was there. The property management should have informed me of the roof replacement, I don't think they knew about the flooring work in the adjacent units until after the work was in progress. That being said, the property itself is really nice. This is the second time I have stayed there (not in the same units). Needs more propane barbeques on the property. Could have been higher rating if the construction was not going on.

Good: nice location near restaurants and shops off of Old Mammoth Road; cozy space, useful ski and boot storage nook in hallway, near ski shuttle. Bad: Abominable communication and check-in. The instructions are unintelligible, giving an access code which is actually for a lockbox at an office located blocks away in a shopping center (but no address given for the office!). I managed to arrive at the office anyway, and the lockbox was empty, no key. The way to get into the condo is by an access code on a key pad on the door, but they don't give you the freakin access code. This was the Three Stooges and is an ongoing problem they won't fix, judging from past reviews.

Nice Condo

Great place. Only minor issue was the heater in the bedroom making ticking noise for a little bit after it has automatically turned off waking us up in the middle of the night. Great place otherwise. Would stay again. Thanks.

Really nice.

It is a nice small apartment, and it was perfect for our family of 4. It is on the ground floor ( no need to carry your ski in the stairs). It was very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and the Wifi worked perfectly. It is very well located on the green line, 5 minutes drive to Eagle Lodge. I am warmly recommending this stay, and I will book it again.

Great communication for the road shut down - worked great for the adult kids and us to sneak away for a few days. Wish the weather would have been better.

Great family condo

This condo was truly amazing. It actually went above and beyond what I thought it was going to be. You are centrally located in Mammoth with grocery stores and gas stations near by.Also the back of this condo backs up to The courtyard that has propane barbecues and charcoal barbecue within a 50 feet from back porch. The condo was extremely clean which was really nice because and my family and I are clean freaks. Also the game room was great. Pool tables and ping-pong amazing family fun. To the owners of this condo if you read this thank you so much for making great memories for me and my family and having such a clean condo.
