Quiet Homey Condo. Natural Lighting! Across from The Village & Gondola

This spacious, split-level unit offers a cozy getaway in a quiet Mountain setting. With a wood burning fireplace it offers a true cabin experience. It has a fully equipped kitchen, wet bar and dining room with seating for 6, lovely stonework around the wood stove and vaulted ceilings in the living and dining room areas. There is a king bed with private bathroom in the upstairs loft, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom downstairs and a sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a flatscreen Smart TV and DVD/CD player in the living room, WiFi access and balcony that overlooks the winter forest. This condo is just a 3 minute walk across the street to The Village where you can catch the gondola to Canyon Lodge and enjoy shops, restaurants, festivals and events. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. There are 18 stairs upstairs to the unit, 2 levels inside, is non-smoking and is not pet-friendly. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and comes with 2 outdoor, unassigned parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. PLEASE NOTE: The complex community amenities are currently under construction and unavailable for access, with no estimated time of re-opening. This includes the pool, hot tub, common area laundry facilities and recreation room. During summer months there will be active construction activity in this area, which may cause some noise disruption and vehicle activity. We apologize for any inconvenience. Great Location & Enjoyed our stay!

Great location to the Village. We just walked across the street and hopped on the gondola. It was awesome. The hot tub is also at the foot of the stairs. Perfect! The cabin was chilly when we arrived then really hot the 2nd night. Getting the temp right was a challenge but would stay here again.

Great Value Pet Friendly Property

Location and convenience of this property is excellent! Comfortable, clean, and pet friendly, it was perfect for our Mammoth summer vacation. Property managers were visible and friendly. Good amenities, pool, jacuzzi, laundry room, BBQ grill and picnic area. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Mammoth weekend getaway

We love coming to Mammoth during all seasons. The smell of the trees is unmatched. This condo is clean, well-equipped, big, and very close to the Village - we walked to dinner each night and it took about five minutes. We loved that it was doggie-friendly - our Chocolate Lab was happy on her bed underneath the stairs. Thank you for the memories!

Great location and host

Everything was great and very convenient. Only minor thing is that the pull out bed mattress probably needs to be replaced. It seems pretty old and the had little support. Otherwise we loved our stay. Really can’t beat the location and easy access to the village gondola.

Walking distance to Canyon Village as advertised, but the unit is pretty dated. The Satellite/Cable TV does not work, the mattresses are covered in an uncomfortable egg pad, and the wall heaters make loud clicking noises all night.

Spacious, very bright and clean

We had a great stay at the condo over the weekend. The condo is very spacious and very airy. The location to the village was great. A little bit of a trek from the car, took multiple trips up steep hill.

Nice property and location, and nice property management company

This place is just adjacent to the Village and Canyon Gondola, makes getting to and from the mountain really easy. You can also take the ski-back trail from the mountain and end up in the back yard, which is cool. The condo has a wood-burning stove and the firewood is just on the balcony, so really convenient. The place looks just like in the pictures, and everything is in good condition. On our check-out day, we left in a big hurry and forgot a bunch of belongings in the house. Didn't realize it until we had left town. I notified the management company, and they recovered the belongings and held onto them for us to retrieve later. Yay!
