Cozy updated Condo in a great location!

Best location in town! We are centrally located in Old Mammoth right next to Mammoth Creek park. Walking distance to stores, restaurants, hiking, biking and walking trails, and fishing at Sherwin creek. The shuttle for the ski lifts, town and other attractions is a 3-5 min walk from the complex.
The complex has a pool, spa, outdoor bbq area, and a coin operated laundry facility right outside your door! Our cozy 2 bedroom 1 bath condo has a queen size bed in 1 room, 2 twins in the other room that can be pushed together to make a king bed if that suits your needs better and a pull out couch in the living room. All linens provided. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to enjoy meals at home, wood burning fire place, and a smart TV. All you need to do is show up and enjoy. This is a great place to call home while you are on vacation. Enjoy the views of the beautiful Sherwins from the comfort of your couch after a long day of adventure.
Whether you like to ski, snowboard, sled, hike, bike, site see, fish, golf etc...or just want to relax and come enjoy the outdoors year round!

Condo has a great layout with the bedrooms separated by a bathroom. It is about an 8 minute walk to the shuttle stop. The condo is situated very close to the parking lot, which makes for easy unloading and loading of ski equipment.

Comfy, clean, & great WiFi

Group of 4 friends enjoyed our stay for a snowboarding trip. Clean condo had everything we needed in the kitchen. Appreciated the comfortable beds, fireplace & close location to the hot tub! Being near to the bus stop & great WiFi were a bonus for those in the group that had to work for part of the trip.

Amazing Cozy Condo

Perfect Mammoth Stay!

We had a great stay at this property. It was our first time staying in that part of town and the location was so wonderful!! Every convenience was included and the beds were so comfortable. Communication was great and we would stay again!

Due to an Act of God (craaaaazy snowfall that blocked off all access during our stay), we were not able to make it to the rental. However, Brittany was super communicative and accommodating throughout the whole process and ensured we worked it out. Thanks again Brittany!

Great stay during a very snowy ski week!

I brought my girls up to mammoth for a quick getaway and got lucky with some amazing albeit challenging weather and snow! These were probably the most difficult weather conditions we have ever experienced in Mammoth and we still enjoyed our stay incredibly. The property is about a 5-10 minute drive to canyon lodge. Outdoor parking was always available near our unit and there were shovels on hand to dig out the car! Vons and restaurants are very close. The complex is easily accessible from a main road. The unit is very clean and cute inside. It was perfect for 4 people. There was an extra portable heater which we used every night! But the heating units worked great and kept us warm and cozy. The owners were very helpful and responsive especially when we almost got snowed in as roads were closed the day of our departure. We would love to come back!

Lovely little apartment

Our stay was wonderful! The kitchen is very well equipped, and the place is very cozy. Only one bathroom, but the way it is situated, with access between both rooms, and having the shower separate, helped. The noise from upstairs seemed to go on all night, so you can definitely hear all footsteps. There was construction and drilling during the night and early morning, but that is probably temporary as they seem to be renovating. I would also say that walking to the town is not something I would do during the winter, it isn’t so close and walking along the road wouldn’t be ideal. It is short car ride though. The shuttle is close, but the condo is in the back of the complex, so if you have little kids it is a walk. The beds and sheets, are amazing !!! So comfy. Plenty of extra so sleeping was very comfortable since we could lower the heat and stay warm under the blankets. Great fireplace! The jacuzzi is right outside the apartment, so convenient. Final note, there are plenty of ‘staples’ left from previous guests, which was nice to have. Sugar, coffee, spices, ketchup, Mayo, mustard, olive oil, pancake mix, etc. No guarantees, I’m sure. We brought some of those items since we drove from LA, but having the little extras was a perk and gave us more options when preparing meals. Overall, great spot!

Mammoth stay

This condo is clean with well appointed kitchen. The beds are super comfy. It took a while to warm up the unit when we first arrived but we had no issues after that.
