Welcome to this charming little slice of Mammoth magic, where convenience meets coziness with a dash of mountain flair! This adorable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from everything you could need, making it the place to stay.

Let’s talk about that kitchen – it’s a chef’s dream with gorgeous mahogany cabinets, Caesarstone counters, and a backsplash that’s chef’s kiss. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet meal or just making some snacks for your crew, you’ve got everything you need. Oh, and there’s a Keurig and a regular coffee machine, because let’s face it – coffee is non-negotiable. The remodeled bathrooms will make you feel like you’re in a spa, especially the master bath’s luxurious steam shower – perfect for soothing your muscles after a day on the slopes (or a day of doing nothing, we won’t judge).

The vibe inside? Pure mountain chic. LED lights and a Green Fire pellet stove make sure you're toasty, no matter how frosty it gets outside. Want to unwind after a long day? Soak in the spa or cool off in the pool, just steps away. And don’t even get us started on those epic views of the Sherwins and Mammoth Crest – you’ll feel like you’re living in a postcard.

When you first walk in, the slate floors make a fabulous first impression, and the main living area is decked out with tiger wood flooring that’s equal parts sleek and stylish. There’s also a handy washer and dryer in-unit, because nobody has time for laundromats.

Need more space to spread out? You’ve got two decks, both facing the backyard, making outdoor lounging an easy yes. And, while this place has been given a snazzy modern makeover, we’ve kept some of the mid-century charm to give it that special something.

Now, just a quick heads-up: Mammoth’s not known for A/C (because who needs it when you’ve got fresh mountain air), and the BBQ is only available in the summer (sorry, winter grillers!). Oh, and if you're planning to stay longer than 2 weeks, there’s an additional $250 cleaning fee, but we think you’ll agree it’s worth it.

Easy access to the Red Line shuttle, Mammoth Creek Park, trails, and downtown shops and restaurants means you’ll never run out of things to do! And with a private garage featuring a built-in workbench and plenty of storage, this condo is perfect for anyone who loves a little extra space for gear.

Despite the high-end aesthetic, it was surprisingly child-friendly for our group with four children. With a well-stocked kitchen ready for family meals, it’s the ultimate soulful escape for design-loving families.

Very nice inside, great location

Overall, a very nice condo on the inside, as it's been renovated throughout. There is a master suite upstairs and one downstairs - also bunkbeds downstairs, which would be good for two families. The parking lot and unit need more outdoor lightning.... we could not find the unit in the dark. They need to provide a map before checkin. Otherwise it was a lovely stay. Great location in quiet area of old Mammoth. dharing xondo.

Accurate description, nothing fancy does the job

Wouldn’t say this is a luxury house but it does the trick. Great location, walked to coffee and dinner everyday. Easy check in. Feedback for the host: the cleaning service isn’t doing a great job. Few cans left in plain sight on the outside balcony and floors were not swept. Easy fix for host, not a reflection of the property itself. No other issues. Would stay again if I was in a pinch.

Winter wonderland

Great accommodations during for the Record breaking snow year. Shuffleboard was the cherry on top. Two master suites and a loft with three beds. Nice sized living room and couch. This place did the trick. No too far from the mountain or town either.

Great condo, close to Eagle Lodge/Eagle Express Lift and Vons

Spacious and nicely appointed. Just a few steps from the communal pool and sauna. The bedrooms are nice and toasty with individual wall heaters. Walking distance to several shuttle stops to the slopes, but we just ended up driving to Eagle Lodge which was about 6-7 minutes away as that seemed more convenient. The common area has a cute pellet stove that does a nice job heating the space...but it was a bit finicky and didn't work for half of our stay. It also hadn't been cleaned out after the last tenant used it and we had to do a bit of troubleshooting to make it work...but then it failed again a day later. Otherwise, a nice stay overall!

Good location and nice updated interior. Took a star off for two reasons: 1) There is no parking in the garage, desipite what the listing says. The garage is being used for storage and a car won't fit. 2) The neighbors are pretty hostile to renters. We got a note on our cars threatening being towed (see number 1 above why we had two cars parked outside the unit).

Great mammoth townhome

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had 2 families, a total of 8 and the split level floor plan was perfect for that. The location was good. We were able to walk to a local brewery and driving to the ski lifts was an easy task as well. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great stay at Mammoth Condo

Very happy with our stay at this Mammoth Condo. This is going on our short list of places to stay again in the future. Very clean and modern interior. Lots of accommodation for families with children of various ages. We had some trouble with the heater but that is no fault of the hosts. It seemed that the previous occupants did not heed the warnings not to touch the settings. The hosts were extremely responsive in helping us with the problem. Overall a great experience!

Broken sink, misleading listing

The listing description states you can park in the garage, as well as, the pre-checkin email, however, when you arrive the garage is full and the property rules say you cannot park in the garage. This was a factor in booking this unit, as the garage would have been helpful for my parents. In addition, there was 5 feet of ice surrounding the entry stairs and garage entrance— our cars were sliding after unloading, and my 73 year old dad fell and injured his knee severely. The upstairs bathroom sink was inoperable and the pipes were disconnected without advanced notice. I emailed them immediately upon checkin, and I have yet to receive a response after multiple emails. I feel it’s extremely important to know, in case you visit with elderly or children and wanted to utilize the garage in the snow. Coffee maker had wrong pot and you have to hold it up the entire time to make coffee, the home was set to 50 degrees, and we arrived in 11 degree weather— the stove was not working properly at first, and took us a few hours to warm the unit. There was thick dust on the upper areas, and trash left in closet drawers (beer cans).

Great place…

This place is fantastic! Good location. Great updated and modern open floor plan in main room. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. Definitely one of the better rentals we’ve had in Mammoth…expect we will be back!

Clean and closet to lifts

Very easy check in process using Hospitality app. Only negative is they only provided 1 roll of paper towels for a 4 day stay so we had to buy our own. Also (not property’s fault) the jacuzzi jets did not work, was not hot and the water was murky! Disappointing after a long day on the slopes not to have a nice soak and an adult beverage. 😜

Mammoth did not disappoint

We are from NorCal so accustomed to Lake Tahoe vacations and wanted to see Mammoth. We were not disappointed- so much to do from downhill MTB park, lakes with fishing and boating, amazing hikes! The people are so friendly in town and this condo is amazing. It is right in town within walking distance to many restaurants and a short bike ride or drive to the Mammoth village. We would love to come back for winter!

Pretty mammoth condo

Nice condo. Has been updated. Well stocked in kitchen(we like to cook), much better than some but lacking a dust pan( found the broom but hard to pick up piles without dust pan) and dish cloths. Great green space out back. Bath mat in downstairs bathroom was not clean but everything else was comfortable and tidy. Decor was tasteful. Perfect location in downtown next to “the stove“ which has great breakfast and lunch options.

Great location. Modern renovation. Well-equipped.

First time to Mammoth and we chose to stay as close to Old Mammoth Rd so that we could walk to dinner at night. This rental was superb. A beautiful, modern renovation that utilized the space in great ways. It felt bigger than it was. The location in the complex is also wonderful as you can walk out the main floor bedroom patio and walk 30 steps to the pool. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'd need to cook, but there is nothing food wise other than a little salt and pepper. Not a must in my books, but make sure you bring coffee, butter, etc, etc. The house has lots of towels, pillows, blankets, etc. Minimal toiletries, paper products, or laundry detergent, but the welcome email explained that we should bring our own, so we did. If staying in the summer, make sure to pull out the fans and open the windows as there is no AC. The only thing I would have liked is a dowel or something to hold the patio sliding door open a few inches since there is no way to do that securely. We ended up using a 7 iron and it did the trick. Definitely will be back.
