  • Welcome to our upgraded Mammoth Pines 2 Bedroom plus loft 3-bathroom 1,857 sq ft condo. This spacious condo sleeps 8 comfortably. It has 2 large downstairs bedrooms, each with California king beds and 2 bathrooms with heated floors. The second floor is an open-floor plan with family room, dining area, kitchen with a quartz countertop, washer & dryer, and a 3rd bathroom. The 3rd floor loft offers 2 bunk beds each with a twin over full size bed. Centrally located and less than a mile from Vons, golfing, Mammoth Rock “N” Bowl, stores, and restaurants. Unloading and loading is a breeze with 2 designated parking spaces directly in front of the unit.

    Safety & Security:
    The property is equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detectors on all three levels. An exterior security camera is installed in front of the property primarily as a theft deterrent.

The living area boasts a 65" 4K TV, perfect for movie nights, while the bedrooms both feature 42" HDTVs & the loft a 50", allowing everyone to watch their favorites.

    Cook up culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen, showcasing stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, and quartz countertops. For your convenience, two designated parking spaces await right at your doorstep. If you prefer not to drive, the free shuttle stop, just a short walk away to stop 46 or 47, ensures easy access to Eagle Lodge and the village.

    The first floor welcomes you with a spacious entryway for gear storage, leading to master and guest bedrooms, both boasting California king beds with a primary ensuite bathroom and a 2nd bath across the hall from the guest bedroom. The entryway and 1st floor bathrooms heated floors add a touch of luxury to your morning routine. This newly remodeled condo is beautiful. The hosts have thought of every detail, from a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and blankets, to fully stocked bathrooms with soap, body wash, shampoo/conditioner and body lotion. There were also ample hooks for storing ski clothes, helmets, and skis.

We traveled with another family and the condo was perfect for 2 families with teenage kids - 3 spacious floors. The loft with the bunk beds was amazing for the teens. The hosts were great, very responsive and accommodating. The house was immaculate and had lots of amenities with thoughtful extras like heated floors in the bathrooms and a fireplace that kept everyone warm. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. We slept very well on comfortable bedding. Most important, the location was convenient to everything. Thanks for a lovely stay, we will be back.

Great stay and one of the cleanest places I've stayed in Mammoth

Great communication with the owners from the beginning and throughout the stay. The condo is very clean and is fully stocked with all the things needed to make our stay feel like we were home. Overall great place with convenient parking.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was sparkling clean and was very well supplied. High end cookware and cutlery made cooking meals for the family a joy. The location was also very convenient to restaurants and the grocery store. The parking right out front of the condo was very convenient for loading and unloading. Melissa responded very quickly to text messages. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect home for a perfect ski trip

This was one of my all time favorite VRBOs to stay in for a ski trip. The location was extremely convenient as it is only a 3-minute drive to Eagle Lodge or a 5 minute walk to the nearest shuttle stop. The rooms were spacious and comfy and I absolutely loved the layout and amenities that the host provided. I would definitely look to book this accommodation for future trips.

So glad we found this amazing condo. It is super clean, spacious and well stocked with everything we need for a comfortable stay. It is also very convenient being so close to our assigned parking spots, shuttle stops and the slopes. Melissa, the host, is super nice, responsive and accommodating.

Family trip

We love Mammoth in the summer and this was only my second time in the winter. We had a great stay here, very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to cook meals. Condo was kept warm with heated floors in the bathrooms/entry way, pellet stove and heater. Close to everything, designated parking. Great communication with Melissa! We will definitely rent here again.

Everything you need

Clean, well stocked, comfortable beds, great location. Easy communication. We had no problems. There were seven adults in our party, but it would also be ideal for two families with kids as there are two bedrooms with king beds, plus a bunch of bunks in the loft.

Great place and location

Everything went smooth. Hosts were great with communication. Location was perfect for skiing. Worked well for 7 adults. 3 shared loft, 2 in each bedroom. Had everything we needed to cook meals and stay comfortably. Kind of dark and not much of a view if that's important. Otherwise a great VRBO. Would recommend.
