With a famous snow season and year-round outdoor activities, this California town is perfect for relaxing escapes and epic adventures on the mountain slopes, trails, and lakes. Guests will love curling up with steaming mugs of cocoa by the wood-burning fireplace, recharging sore muscles in the community hot tub, and exploring downtown—only a 6-minute drive away!

A charming entryway welcomes guests to the bottom floor of this retreat. Continue inside to find a laundry room, a guest bedroom, and a bunk room. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the bunk room has a twin-over-full bed and a twin trundle—both rooms feature private bathrooms and outdoor access.

Discover a sunlit great room with honey hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings upstairs. Enjoy slow-paced mornings sipping coffee at the breakfast bar for 4 in the fully equipped kitchen boasting high-end appliances and an open layout for seamless flow between the living and dining spaces. On crisp Winter days, gather by the fireplace on the soft sectional for a cozy movie night. When the weather’s warm, head onto the balcony for a drink in the fresh air and beautiful scenery.

Parking for 3 vehicles—2 in the garage and 1 in the driveway—makes it easy to explore. Guests can also use the free town shuttle stop outside the complex. Enjoy over 3,500 skiable acres at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area with a quick 5-minute drive to Eagle Lodge and Canyon Lodge.

Great stay

Beautiful home . A small hiccup at the beginning of our stay . But we resolved it ourselves . The beds are all comfortable.Very well stocked kitchen. Not sure if the description said it had a bbq . It Does NOT.Would have been nice to have . One thing that my family notice and made us all feel very uncomfortable - they have two cameras inside the garage . And a ring camera at the front door . We understand the front door but inside the garage ? Made us feel like we where being watched every time we entered and left through the garage . We didn’t notice any inside the home . Other then that it is a very nice home to stay in .

We loved it here!

This property is beautiful, relaxing and spotless! We had the best stay! It was so convenient having a garage and a laundry room. The views were spectacular and it was a nice quick drive in to town!

Mammoth Mountain

Garage access that allowed us to easily offload our gear. Loved the Kitchen with it's nice big gas stove, farmhouse sink and large table; well stocked. Many amenities of a nice hotel (coffee station, nice bedding and towels, soap & shampoo and conditioner, etc.) Great views - stunning Spotlessly clean But best of all - The app letting us know that there was no need to do anything but pack your belongings and leave. We always leave things better than we get them and did take the trash out since we didn't know when the house would be cleaned. Sometimes the stress of other rentals to essentially wash and clean everything at the end of your trip is more stress than leaving. It truly was a refreshing change!
