Retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life at Snowcreek V 756—a 3,215-square-foot Mammoth Lakes townhome with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and stunning Sherwin Mountain views. Comfortably accommodating 10 guests, this townhome is an ideal getaway for lively family reunions or gathering of friends. After days of fun on the mountain or lakes, guests will love spending evenings curled up by the gas fireplace, enjoying the ridgeline view from the patio, or unwinding in the community hot tub.

Natural lighting and golden woodwork greet guests as they step onto this 2-level home’s open foyer. Downstairs, there’s also a convenient laundry room.

Upstairs, a vast living, dining, and kitchen area sits beneath a vaulted ceiling. When it’s time to relax, sink into the living area’s oversized leather sectional and enjoy the warmth of the river-rock fireplace. The back deck offers an epic view of the mountain, a gas grill, and 2 wicker chairs—start Summer mornings with a caffeine boost and a breathtaking vista.

On-site parking in the garage and driveway makes it easy to explore. For ski access, Eagle Lodge (4 minutes), Canyon Lodge (7 minutes), and Main Lodge (10 minutes) are all a short drive. Guests can also take the free gondola from The Village (6 minutes) or the free bus that connects all the lodges.

It was good

It was good fireplace needed to be more lighted no flame I understand it’s for ambience but the other houses had bigger fire that was the biggest disappointment we where looking forward to a fire there was a maintenance issue needed a part and also in light on the patio on top

Summer in mammoth

We have used this property before in the winter. This time, it was a summer stay. These townhomes are close to hiking, fishing, biking and the lakes. We are grandparents, parents and grandchildren...a party of 10. The house fits us well.

Amazing House With Great Views

Overall an amazing house, spacious, with great views! Doesn’t have AC, which shouldn’t be a problem if you’re out site seeing. The fridge also wasn’t really working, took forever to cool and freeze. Would definitely recommend to a large family!

Great family reunion stay

Great property! Good location with beautiful view, clean, well managed, and easy to checkin and checkout (none of the typical rules like collect all the towels or sheets; just leave!). Negatives are the mattresses (like sinking into a sandpit, but some people like that I guess...) and lack of access to the pool. Overall highly recommended.

Great Stay- except...

The can opener needs to be replaced... so instead of an A++, we are giviing it an A+. We had a large group of 10. 5 adults and 5 kids (14 YO's) and everyone ejoyed the place. The kids loved the pool and foosball tables as well as the hot tub (6 minute walk). Kids froze coming back from hot tub but found it very exciting to 'freeze' coming back. All in all, we had great stay and would come back. Management company was very responsive over text.

Snowbound trip April 2023

Had a wonderful time with family and friends. Party of 8 adults and plenty of room for everyone. Large kitchen with all the necessary items to enjoy a good sit down meal. Plenty of seating at the table and very large sectional. When we weren't on the mountain we could relax watching tv, playing pool and foosball. Everyone felt comfortable in this large townhome. Management was attentative to answering all my questions. The association had their crew out to plow the street and driveway and clear the snow off roads and even the gas meter. Due to the record amount of snowfall, we didn't have access to the house from the frontdoor; entering thru the garage was very easy and convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Mammoth house

We loved our stay at this beautiful, spacious house, it was very cozy and very roomy for our big group of 10. The only thing that was lacking was kitchen items. Simple things like cookie sheets/rags to clean counters ( plenty of fish towels), and maybe needed a blender. Overall, great house and we will definitely be staying there again.

Absolutely Perfect!!

The house is huge and has everything you would need to make a vacation perfect! The location is excellent, the views are magnificent! there was lots of room for the entire family to be comfortable, there was even an extra bedroom that never got used. We would love to stay here again!

Great Place for Family

Been coming to Mammoth Lakes annually for past 30 years. I’ve stayed in many units during that time. My family and I give this one five stars as it met our needs and the one time I had to call manager they were super quick and helpful. Great communication on their end. Would definitely like to come again.

Lovely home for a large family

We really enjoyed this property. The layout is perfect for our family: grandparents, 2 families with 2 children each. The grandchildren. had a ball hosting foosball tournaments while the adults played pool. The kitchen is very well stocked which we appreciated as we eat dinners in. When we did have problem with a leaking toilet, the property manager was immediately responsive and someone was there within an hour. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Wedding

We booked this place for a group attending our son’s wedding at Convict Lake. The property is fantastic - everyone was super comfortable and enjoyed the pool table and large living spaces. We will most certainly be back!

Spacious place with a view

This townhome is spacious and open, yet retains that warm and cozy atmosphere. The view from the back deck is peaceful. Everything was clean on arrival and the unit is well furnished. The right side screen door on the deck gave us some issues and we were able to get it back in the track. This happened a few times and could use a more permanent repair. I would stay here again.

Snow creek

For the most part, our stay was very comfortable. My son in law did say that when he pulled the comforter back in the main MBR, there were “hairs” on the sheets, and a mask under the fitted sheet. The other beds seemed to be in order. Also, the sliding screen door upstairs was completely off the track and would not slide. I texted and sent an email to the management company, but got no response. On the positive, the location is perfect and quiet. Very large and roomy. Fun playing pool - with the exception of either broken poolques or tips missing. I would still stay here again. Please, management, stay or respond to the “renters”
