This cozy condo is the perfect mountain hideaway for up to 9 guests, offering a blend of comfort, style, and convenience that’s sure to make your stay unforgettable. With breathtaking mountain views from almost every window, you’ll feel like you’re living the dream as you take in the stunning scenery—perfect for snapping pics and soaking in that alpine vibe!

The condo boasts 3 spacious bedrooms and a loft, so there’s plenty of room to stretch out, unwind, and share some laughs with your crew. The kitchen is fully stocked, including a classic coffee maker for those morning brews (because let’s be real, coffee is essential in the mountains!). The updated interior brings a fresh, modern touch to your rustic retreat, so you can feel right at home.

Location? Oh, it’s prime! Just a short 5-minute stroll to Little Eagle Ski Lodge and you’ll be ready to hit the slopes—and even ski back to your door. Underground parking for two cars means no digging out from snowstorms (hallelujah!) and the elevator makes lugging luggage a breeze. The big ol’ mudroom is perfect for stashing all your gear and getting ready for your next mountain adventure.

When you’re not carving up the slopes or hiking the trails, the condo has plenty of entertainment to keep the good times rolling. With a selection of games, movies, and a game system, you’ll be set for fun, especially when the snow’s falling outside. The brand-new pellet stove fireplace will keep you toasty while you kick back and relax.

For those relaxation moments, take a dip in the hot tub with jaw-dropping mountain views. And when summer rolls around, dive into the pool or soak in one of the other spas. There’s even a grassy BBQ area for those warm-weather cookouts. For outdoor lovers, bike and hiking trails are practically at your doorstep, so you can explore to your heart’s content.

A few quick notes: the garage has a 6’6” height limit (so if you’ve got a big ride, there’s extra parking outside on a first-come, first-served basis). Mammoth condos don’t need A/C because, hey, it doesn’t really get that hot up here—just open those windows and let the cool mountain air in! BBQs are available in the summer months, and if you’re planning on staying more than 2 weeks, an extra $250 cleaning fee will apply.

Do not rent as long as ready4rentals is managing

Fist when we walked in there was an overwhelming stench that was nauseating, it smelled like a wet dog mixed with curry. We took off our shoes and immediately our socks were wet. My 15yro felt nauseous from the smell. Clearly the home wasn’t inhabitable at this time. We contacted ready4rentals and they first stated that the carpets had recently been cleaned. Their only suggestion was to open all the windows and doors and let it air out. Keep in mind it’s bellow zero and freezing. The unit was not ready for checkin at 4:30 upon our arrival, and we were unable to stay and had to find alternate lodgings last minute keep in mind the checkout is at 10 am they had almost 6 hours to get the place ready. They should have been the ones to air it out. They are so far refusing to issue a refund. We spend untold thousands of dollars on rentals every year and have Never had such an unprofessional experience ever ! They actually acknowledge the smell: wetness said it was from prior guests cooking / shoes yet offered no solution. And make it seem like it’s our fault for not just sticking it out in the damp freezing condo with all the doors and windows open at night. Maybe those bears they warn you about will come in also. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I’ve never left a bad review ever so this is very telling of my experience. They also try and get you to communicate with them off VRBO so it’s not documented. Do not do this !! Only communicate here and not on their horrible app

Poor stay at New Years

First of all, I think if we came at a non holiday time the value of this place would be ok. But we paid an extremely high price for staying over New Years and the price tag did not match the stay. My complaints - 2nd floor unit (didn’t know) so lots of stairs, older complex, laundry is actually coin operated down the hall (and yes, you must have quarters!), no foosball table as listed in listing, no directions on how to ski back, no bath soap (and yes realize small thing but most high end rentals do supply the basics - we did find one shampoo/conditioner half used upstairs so thank goodness for that but just felt strange). The positives - very comfy beds. Overall, we would not return. The owners may want to redo their instructions book as falling apart. Again, all these small complaints just add up and I was seriously embarrassed how much we rented this place for….I do realize mammoth is challenging to find ski in/ski out high end rentals.

If you’re here for skiing, know you’ll have an approximate 1/4 mile uphill hike to Eagle Lodge. And, there’s no really option to ski back to this condo. False advertising and misrepresented! This is a nice condo, but DO NOT pay this high price for ski-in ski-out!

Just as expected. Easy access and clear directions. Appreciate kids games and markers. Beds very comfortable. Decor could be updated. Very 70’s but most of Mammoth is stuck on the 70’s. Kitchen supplies okay and adequate.

Place was great, listing needs some work.

Location and place was great but the listing can be a bit confusing. It is a 3 bedroom with a loft but I thought the 3 bedrooms had queen or king beds and the loft would have the 3 single/double bed in it. 1 bedroom has a king, another a queen, 3rd bedroom has the 2 single and 1 double bed, then in the loft is a pullout couch. The queen and room with multiple beds share a large bathroom and then king and pullout couch are upstairs and share a nice bathroom as well. Location is amazing, 5 min walk to eagle which you can’t beat. 2 covered parking spots in the garage was nice and there was also some guest spots outside the garage which was nice since we made thanksgiving dinner there with some friends. Jacuzzi and pool are not far from the building either. This is in a condo building, it is not a standalone house. Elevator and stairs make it easily accessible to take anything in or out. Overall great stay and Managment company was super helpful and responsive.

great stay at Mammoth Lakes

The place is very clean and well planned for the stay of 2 families. We were a bit confused realizing that 4th bedroom is a loft and not private at all. It was only mentioned in the long descrition. It worked out for us anyways. Location and community is great. We took good use of pool and hottub and kids were thrilled with having gaming console in the room:) Overall, great place

Nice property

Happy with the stay would come back again. Asked questions and the managers got back to be very quickly! Nice walking tail behind the room. This isn’t a house it’s a 2 story condo in a complex. Little bit hard to find and the address doesn’t show up on Maps.

Aspen Lodge Retreat

Great place to stay. Clean, comfortable and plenty of space for our group of to spread out. Well stocked. Hot Tub had a great view and was nice and relaxing. Super close to eagle, can walk there and ski back (if enough snow). Would stay here again.

Great Location and Accommodations

The property was well maintained with everything our group wanted. The Eagle Lodge and lift were so convenient and less crowded than other base areas at Mammoth. The hot tub was a winner and we met several other nice visitors during our trip.

Great stay!

Well appointed stay, quick communication and overall pretty clean. Only gripe is there are 3 bedrooms instead of 4 but that's super minor. Loads of sleeping space and lots of things to do inside the unit. Would definitely stay again.

Mammoth winter getaway

Beautiful, clean comfortable home with a short walk to Eagle Express ski lift. Our college kids spent lots of time in the hot tub and in front of the big screen TV. The view from the living room is gorgeous. We'll definitely return to this rental!

Wonderful Condo Rental Experience In Mammoth

My 2 adult children and I were very fortunate to book this condo in Mammoth. Besides the convenience of its proximity to the Eagle Lift, the unit was super spacious with very high ceilings, very comfortable(w. 2 classic "Chesterfield" sofas and matching reclining chair in the living room), clean carpets, a huge television with a wide selection of channels, very comfortable beds... and everything else one could hope for in a rental. This unit has been well maintained with guests' comfort in mind. I would highly recommend this condo! My only complaint is that the management company should update their listing to indicate that the hot tub is not operating during Covid. The owner's literature/directions in the unit clearly communicates this closure but the property description online does not. This information would have been very helpful in advance, as the hot tub is one of the criteria I look for when booking accomodation for a ski trip.

Great place for a extended family ski trip

Two of us, our four kids and two spouses. The place was very nice and lended itself to group activities while letting people who were tired from skiiing retire early. The owners did a nice job making everything look upscale. Kitchen was well stocked. Very happy without experience.
