Our gracious home (4,250 sqf) is located in the Sound Shore surrounded by nature. We feature Westin Heavenly mattresses on all king and queen beds, luxury down duvets and pillows and sumptuous cotton sateen sheets make for a wonderful night's sleep. Most rooms are dedicated to hosting adult guests and are free of personal items (rare for many home rentals). The home is sited in a very quiet and safe neighborhood and abuts Otter Creek affording wonderful 180 degree water views from most rooms and the patio. Relax on our hammock view the koi pond and enjoy life.

The entire house has been completely refreshed in 2024. The maximum number of guests is 12. Our home is open to intimate family gatherings. 30+ days notice is preferred. The pricing is firm.

The living levels and bedroom levels are open to guests. The basement and garages will be locked off. Our preference is to retain day time access to our locked off basement office via a private rear entrance. If this is a concern to the guest we can discuss options.

We are a 5 star SuperHost on the other platform and have been primary renting there, but as of 2024 we started expanding our availability to VRBO guests as well.
