"I thought this was a fabulous, up market hotel. The rooms were fabulous, the pool gorgeous in fact everything was great. The only thing that spoiled my stay was the breakfast. The breakfast menu was extensive, but only for cooked breakfast. I don't eat cooked breakfast. I asked for cereal and toast. I was given a small box of corn flakes (no choice) 2 slices of toast and a mini jar of marmalade for us both. My partner had a cooked breakfast and therefore no cereal. There is a definite need for...

"We asked for aground floor as we do not do well with steps and they put us in an annex which was obviously new and was just right for us. Our fault that we didn't ask for clean towels etc. The staff are all very welcoming and the meals variable and very enjoyable."

"We were blown away with this lodge, the cleanliness, the thoughful decor, the comfort, and how well equipped it is. The location is great, it's so beautiful sitting outside watching the lake. Everything is very accessable, my elderly grandmother managed the stairs fine, the shower was great for her to get in and out of. Beds are comfortable and so are the chairs and sofa. "I have tried to contact you several times...the host informed me that they asked you to remove their property from your site several times...this was after i booked it...i then had to book thru a different site,so basically paid twice...i would like a full refund from yourselves...its completely unacceptable that you cant be contacted about this... absolutely disgusted with your site and service and i would recommend that nobody uses your site for any trips!!!"
