Designed all on one level, Stable Cottage is ideal for a family or for friends who enjoy the delights of a truly rural holiday. The area is ideal for walking and cycling, the farm can also offer stabling for a horse or pony, for children there is also the opportunity to feed the lambs in springtime. The patio area is ideal for dining, barbecues or picnics, and nearby Burythorpe (one mile) has a pub serving good food.

We had a lovely holiday in Stable Cottage.

We had a lovely holiday in Stable Cottage. Great to be in the countryside and look out onto stunning views. We found it comfortable, if not a little warm, but much better than being cold. The owners' daughter was a help to us at one point. For us the location was just right at this present time and we did a couple of walks from the house to neighbouring village. We didn't mind it was a working farm as generally it was peaceful and good to watch the animals especially the young calves. The view of the lovely old country church on the hill was inspiring. We did go to the East Coast one day which is less than an hours drive away and there are pretty villages not too far away. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
