You have access to the 20 sqm terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. Dining room as intersecting room, 5 sqm, not heatable and with dinette. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen 10 sqm and with dishwasher, electric cooker induction cooker (4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler.
1st floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 bedrooms each 12 sqm and with 1 double bed and TV. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom 5 sqm and with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom 5 sqm, not heatable and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Malinska. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed property, bounded by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.
