"Hidden paradise. We will definitely be back. My 3-yr old loves the pool. The place is clean. We love the warm temperature of the water, it calms the body. I just wish they offer other mode of payment aside from Cash and Netflix on TV. Friendly staff. "

"This place has character. The staff was excellent and accommodating, very friendly and responsive. The rooms are a bit old but clean, everything works, good air conditioner, and decorated with antiques, handmade local items, even a large bookcase with hundreds of interesting older books. The parking is onsite, a bit crowded Saturday night but no one blocked you in and there is overflow parking right outside the gate just a few dozen meters from your room. "It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues...

"The hotel was excellent and provided a nice, quiet, relaxing experience. Also, the staff was very kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfast options were good and it was conveniently located near other available restaurants. A great experience overall and will book again in the future."

"The view was good. I didn’t like the lights in the backyard during nighttime. It is nit good for stargazing/astro photography. Also, there are no bidet in the CR! We had to use balde and tabo. Ew!"

"I’ve stayed in many places around the world the space is perfect, it is very spacious and accommodating. My room was excellent for relaxation, especially being use to climate back home. Having the air con made it very comfortable. I was only there for one night and had an early check out but I could see that staying for a longer duration would be very easy to do. "Our recent staycation was largely wonderful. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the service was superb. However, the property's safety needs improvement, particularly during the rainy season. The stairs are dangerously slippery; I unfortunately fell on the stairs while carrying my toddler, resulting in a seven-step tumble. I strongly recommend installing rubber guards on the stairs to prevent similar accidents."
