  • Villa overlooking the sunrise" villas consist of 4 modern spacious houses ( 1. Erofili, 2. Triantafillos, 3. Galini, 4. Anemelia.) The houses are in a quiet area, 1km far from the village of Agia Pelagia and 21 km far from capital city of Crete, Heraklion. They are near to sea and they have breathtaking view at the gulfs of Agia Pelagia. The villas can accommodate 1-22 guests all year round and have comfortable living rooms including a fireplace, air-condition in the bedrooms, sound system, fully equipped luxurious kitchens, bathrooms with bathtubs, laundries and hair dryers. They are decorated with paintings from well-known galleries combined with carefully chosen furniture and fabrics that give the houses harmony and warmth.

    We have just returned from a fabulous holiday to Crete and the wonderful Agnanti Villas. That view really is stunning, the private pool is great, and big, and the apartments are very clean, comfortable and spacious with good aircon and plenty of space for larger groups or families. We were a group of 16- 3 families with older teenage and early twenties children –
    When not in the pool or chilling by the pool, we spent much of our time on the huge vine covered veranda looking out over the sea and Agia Pelagia - which is a lovely small resort with a beautiful bay, crystal clear water, various water sports, and plenty shops, cafes and restaurants.
    The hosts, Triantifillos and Irene, are lovely – friendly, helpful and on hand if you have any queries or need any help. Communication whilst booking was good, quick and clear. Triantafillos likes to ensure his guests are well looked after and will enjoy their time at the villas. He was there to meet us at our various arrival times, and brought us platters of fresh fruit and very welcome beers!. He checked in with us during our stay to make sure all was good(it was) and he ensures the pool and beautiful grounds are kept clean and tidy for you.
    We had a wonderful and very special family holiday and we really miss waking up to a dip in the pool and the wonderful views from Agnanti Villas. Thank you Triantifillos and Irene for helping make it such a great holiday.at the property there is a person who takes care them(gardens and pool) and who can help you if you need anything. Feel secure from all aspects.

Il s’agit d’un hébergement avec des espaces extérieurs spectaculaires et vraiment magnifiques! Nous étions un groupe de 19 personnes et nous nous sommes sentis privilégiés de partager de bons moments dans cet endroit magique!

Cool location; very gentle host.

Very nice stay at a splendid place. Close to the airport, nice restaurants and beaches. Big villa with pool and super view.

We were a whole family of parents, grandparents and children, 4 separate properties, 1 each, perfect! Each family unit had its own space, whilst sharing and playing and generally lazing around the large pool area.Sunbeds were plentiful, although umbrellas were restricted to 2!A car is a must

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Crete! The view of the ocean was absolutely stunning, and our family loved spending time together by the pool and cooking meals to enjoy as a group. The villa is perfect for large groups — there was plenty of space to spread out and enough parking for all three of our cars.Our host, Triantafallos, was very hospitable and welcoming. While we had to rely on Google Translate to communicate (since we don’t speak Greek and he doesn’t speak English), it worked fairly well overall, though a few details were lost in translation.A couple of small suggestions for improvement would be to provide towels specifically for the pool, as none were available, and to have extra blankets on hand since only sheets were provided for summer.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Totally Recommend

This was a perfect place for our 3-family vacation! Everyone had their own villa/space which was great. Triantafillos & Irene were there to greet us when we arrived, along with a beautiful plate of freshly cut fruit---for each family (3). The property was beautifully maintained daily by Mr. Triantafillos who is on site for any issues that would have arisen. The pool was wonderful and after busy days of touring, was used daily. The outside eating area was a place of gathering for all meals & evening game time. It was a bit of a walk down to the village below, but we enjoyed several of the restaurants located there. A car is a recommendation, but certainly not a necessity, the taxis are readily available as well. We appreciate the warm support & thoughtfulness that Mr. T provided during our entire week. THank You, Thank you to both Mr. T and Irene.
