The house was completely renovated in winter 2020 and subjected to a facelift. The light-flooded living area, 2 comfortable feel-good bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds (1 x double bed, 1 x single bed +1 x with HD flat screen), 2 shower rooms & a separate kitchen with dining area ensure relaxing holidays all year round in a direct seaside location. Wi-Fi access is available free of charge. In the modern living area you can relax, for example. B. with a glass of champagne on 2 sofas. A reading corner with armchair & lamp invites you to read. Enjoy TV viewing thanks to the large HD flat screen. From the living area you can access the garden with its own lake access (bathing ladder), sun terrace, parasol & boathouse with its own motor boat (optional gg. Charge your bathrobe & then thanks to the direct lake access (bathing ladder / children are always to be supervised!) enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake. You feel like new born ... Enjoy the direct lake location, a swim in the lake, read a book & just let your mind wander. In the evening you can relax and sip your sundowner in the terrace area. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Malchower See - you will be amazed. Prepare fresh food for grilling on a gas grill. Your bikes can be stored in the in-house extension of the boat shed. The house is heated by gas central heating using radiators. The separate, fully equipped kitchen with dining area is on the ground floor and has a 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, toaster, sufficient dishes, glasses, pots and various useful cooking utensils. There is a Nespresso machine for coffee drinkers (please bring capsules with you). Here you will also find vacuum cleaners etc. The dining area in the kitchen has a table and 3 chairs. 1 high chair can optionally be booked free of charge. Furthermore, 2 bathrooms are also on the ground floor and are equipped with showers. Towel sets & sauna sets (bathrobe & sauna towel) can optionally be booked per person. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor of the house. A chest of drawers is available in the upper hallway. The 2 feel-good bedrooms on the upper floor have comfortable box spring beds, an open shelf with clothes rail and chests of drawers are available to accommodate your holiday wardrobe. Bedroom 1 has a very comfortable box spring bed (double bed 180x200 cm) & a shelf with clothes rail. Enjoy the lake view from your bed when you wake up. Air conditioning in this room ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. Bedroom 2 also has a very comfortable box spring bed (single bed 140 x 200 cm) & a flat screen TV and a chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have small seating areas with armchairs that can be used as additional retreat points. 1 baby travel bed can be booked optionally. 1 assigned parking space is available directly at the holiday home, further free parking spaces are located at the entrance to Malchow, just a few meters from the house.
