Welcome to our charming and comfortable apartment, nestled within a beautiful Provençal farmhouse.

Located on the first floor and arranged on one level, this fully air-conditioned apartment is designed to accommodate up to four guests. It features two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x200) and another with two single beds (80x200). A small enclosed space is also available with a baby bed for our youngest visitors, and a baby bath can be provided upon request. The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, and ironing board, with a separate toilet for added convenience.

The spacious, open-plan living area invites you to relax and unwind. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare your favorite meals: a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, four-burner hob, toaster, and teapot. A washing machine is also provided for your convenience. In the living room, you’ll find a television, satellite channels, DVD player, and reliable Wi-Fi access to keep you entertained and connected throughout your stay.

Step outside onto the large shaded terrace — the perfect setting for leisurely breakfasts, afternoon reading, or evening barbecues. The private garden, furnished with outdoor seating, offers a peaceful spot to bask in the Provençal sunshine. During the warmer months, guests can enjoy the private swimming pool (3.50 m x 5.50 m), open until the end of September. Please note that the pool is closed from October onwards.

Free shaded parking is available on the property for your convenience. To preserve the tranquility of the setting, pets are not permitted. This peaceful countryside retreat is ideal for families or couples looking to relax and recharge.

The property is conveniently located 4 km from the nearest village, 12 km from the historic town of Vaison-la-Romaine, and just 6 km from the picturesque Toulourenc Valley, famous for its beautiful gorges and rivers. For a fun family outing, Spirou Park amusement park is only a 20-minute drive away.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 p.m.
