南京虫ハウス

マップ上の位置と、実際の宿の場所が違う。 予約していた部屋がダブルブッキングで、別の部屋をあてがわれたのはいいが、差額を取られた。 宿の手違いの負担を何故宿泊客がカバーしなければならない? 挙句の果てに、ベッドは南京虫の巣。20箇所以上も刺された。

海外で泊まった最悪なホテル

まず、ホテルの場所が違います。そして、スタッフがゲストに関心がなく、部屋のクリーンも行き届いておらず、ダニや蚊・南京虫もいました。そして、とりわけ予約したエアコン付き個室は存在しないとのことでした。

Bad experience

Sorry to say that the room is not provided for us. The owner said hotel.com didn't email him to inform our booking on that date. No refund given even though we have give our phone no. to contact. Sms has been sent, but no reply.

최악의 숙소 plz dont go

처음 숙소에 갔는데 예약한 방이 없다며 저에게 돈을 더 요구하였습니다 제 잘못도아닌데 받을껀 다 받더라고요 너무피곤해서 따질 힘도 없었습니다 돈을 더주고 더블룸으로 방을 받았는데 엄청 더럽드라고요 침대에 누웠는데 몸이 왜이리 간지럽전지 제가 많은 해외에 여행을 하면서 숙소 별로 따지지 않습니다만 정말 살면서 최악의 숙소였습닌다 숙소에 수영장도 있다면서 숙소엔 수영장이 없었고 옆 건물 수영장 자기꺼니 이용할라면 돈을 따로 더 달라는 겁니다 제가 이렇게 후기를 쓰고있는 이유는 정말 저 말고도 다른분들이 피해를 안받았음 하는 마음에 글을 씁니다

Paikassa oli todellakin kotoisa tunnelma, pääosin koko suvun läsnäolosta johtuen.. Sijainti okei, esim singaporesta tullessa bussilla pääsi Hatten hotellin eteen josta lyhyt kävely perille.. Epäsiisteys käsin kosketeltavaa, omat lakanat suositeltavia.. Omistajalla juttua riitti ja kovasti tarjosi kaikenlaisia palveluja.. Samalla budjetilla varmasti siistimpiäkin löytyy...

Disappointing about the hotel

I have booked n pay for staying 2 night with 2 room on 17/10 to 19/10. Hotel Didn't call to confirm are we stay or not. When we arrive late about 6.30pm in Hotel, the owner say that hotel is fully booked because i don't reply his email. Who will read email when in travelling and not yet reach hotel. Hotel owner say can arrange 2 room but need to pay extra charges for the 2 room 2 night stay. No choice we need to pay for it because first time to Melaka. Promise give extra bed but not give to us but already pay for it. Some more not provided blanket in room. The Hotel viewing also not look like in Expedia website. "KENA TIPU"... Very BAD experience... Don't want booked hotel thru Expedia anymore... also will tell all my friend not to stay in this hotel when visit Melaka.
