Entrance, large bright living room of 116m² with equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge, access to a mezzanine. Separate toilets, 4 bedrooms facing the garden, all with private shower room and toilets. 3 bedrooms have a 160x200 bed (or 2 twin beds 80x200) and 1 bedroom has a 180x200 bed (or 2 twin beds 90x200).
Fiber optic wifi - Large 214 cm connected television.
Baby equipment: bed and high chair.
Underfloor central heating, charges and end-of-stay cleaning included. On-site parking as well as motorcycle and car garage.
The owner also offers motorcycle tours and truffle cooking classes. Flow Vélo at 50m, Canoe base at 150m, Cognac Courvoisier at 100m. In the city center, you will have access on foot to shops, museums, Cognac houses, the Charente river, without forgetting the birthplace of François Mitterrand. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, above the garage and close to the owners. Well soundproofed, you will appreciate the calm interior. An experience to share, ideal for 4 couples.
