"Not impressed. This hotel is looking run down. The carpet was pretty awful, the room looked like a motel, and they charged $12 a night to park in a normal parking lot. This isn’t in the middle of a busy city center and parking wasn’t hard to find. Felt like a scam."

"I was searching for a room at a reasonable rate. Comfort Inn was priced just right for my lower budget. Because of this, I expected the property to be below average. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and well run it was. The room was clean and fresh and the bathroom was clean and fully functional. The parking lot was very big, and I was allowed to park my travel trailer that I purchased during my trip on the property with no issues. The front desk staff were all very accommodating to my...

"Or room was dirty. Lots of food smeared on the wall above the garbage can in our room. Someone boiled over some tomato looking substance on the stove and the drip pan under the burner had lots of it. The garbage disposal also had tomato food debri in it and nats were flying in the room. Furniture in the lobby was worn and needed replacing. The whole room needed a good cleaning. There were no chairs or table, so we ate sitting on the bed. I didn’t experience the free breakfast .
The bed was...

"We arrived at breakfast 1 hour prior to it's end time. The dining room was full of guests and there was no food left. I inquired at the front desk, and was told to find the breakfast attendant in the dining room. However, I did not find any breakfast attendant, which is why I went looking in the lobby. It was not the breakfast advertised."

"Property is well kept with a microwave and refrigerator in each room and thoughtfully laid out, with a desk and comfortable chair for working. There is an on-site swimming pool and spa. The staff was mostly friendly and very helpful. The on-site restaurant is just a few tables and chairs, but the food was pretty good, and children eat breakfast for free and dinner is free for them, too, as long as they order off of the specific kid's menu and adults put in an order, as well."

"We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always liked the hotel itself and its convenient location. However, it is clear that the property has become somewhat neglected over time, which is disappointing.
In addition, parking has recently become an extra charge, which was disappointing. The breakfast also leaves much to be desired, as the quality is quite low.
Overall, we still appreciate the hotel and its location, but we hope the management will address these issues and improve the...
