  • Please note our apartment is fully licensed by the Department of Tourism and the Public Health Authority (PHA) for renting out to guests.
    Consequently all Health Authority recomended Hygiene and Cleaning protocols are followed by our experienced Cleaning Management Company.

    Ideally located on Eden Island in one of the quieter most mature areas, this luxury apartment offers fine views across the marina bay towards St. Anne Island.
    A large open plan kitchen and living area opens out onto a spacious balcony more than adequately furnished for al fresco dining.
    The master bedroom features a king size bed, private bath and en suite shower with french doors leading out to the main balcony.
    The second bedroom features twin beds, shower, WC, and private veranda.
    The apartment is less than a five minute buggy ride from all the Eden Island restaurants, a two minute walk to the pool, and only a 3 minute buggy ride to any of the 3 best beaches.

    We have full very efficient air conditioning in all rooms and also 2 large outside balcony fans for your comfort.

    On arrival you would be given our electric buggy and then escorted to the apartment.

    Please note that our rental is coordinated through Eden Island staff ensuring the highest standards and support services throughout your stay with us.

    In addition the owner is available to contact via WhatsApp at any time 7 days a week should you require further assistance.

    We can also help recommend airport transfers, car hire, Island Hoping, boat trips, snorkeling, diving, fishing etc and are happy to answer any other questions you may have as we offer a personnel service.

    The apartment serves as a superb base for exploring the Seychelles islands.

    Sailing, scuba diving, and deep sea fishing can all be enjoyed from Eden Island. Victoria, Mahe's capital, with its range of restaurants and bars is only a 10 minute drive away

It felt like we were living in a calendar

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Everywhere you looked in the Seychelles and on Eden’s island felt like it was straight out of the pictures of a calendar. We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment and I would recommend it to others for sure.

Great base to explore and relax

As part of an extended trip, we enjoyed Peter’s condo very much. We spent our time with long morning swims, workouts in the gym, and then exploring Mahe. the condo is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The community is lovely, and well planned. Overall it was a great value, and Peter was very helpful in helping us navigating entry requirements.

Beautiful Eden Island Apartment

We just returned from a 2 week stay at Peter Jackson's lovely 2 bedroom apartment on Eden Island. The apartment was beautifully furnished with high quality decor and furniture beyond the norm for other apartments in Eden Island we have seen. Check in was smooth and the property manager quickly oriented us to the apartment and dealt with some small problems that arose. All the appliances were in good working order. Cleaning was provided 2x a week. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to return again.

Gorgeous apartment!

Peter's is a great host and the apartment exceeded our expectations. Peter provided all necessary documents and information to insure a smooth and easy check-in and check out experience. The apartment is gorgeously furnished and the kitchen is well equipped with the necessary equipment. Highly recommend this property.

Peter gave all the help, to feel at home in the apartment, which is perfectly equipped.

Location of the property on the island, the associated golf cart, the tropical environment, and a wide range of services it gave an unforgettable experience. I have visited 54 countries around the world, this property is in the top 5 for me.

Very nice stay in Peters apartment on Eden Island, Lived up to all we had hoped for and we would gladly stay here again. Peter is an excellent host who is very easy to reach on both mail and whats app. Can recommend 100%.

Perfect location

We were lucky to rent Peters apartment the second time for three weeks. We can say that everything was really perfect. The interior, the infrastructure, the leisure activities and the shopping facilities fully met our expectations. The apartment is very modern, very clean and well secured. Important for us: there are four sheltered, quiet and clean beaches that allow safe swimming. Last, we were pleased that the whole apartment has been renovated and the Internet access was much better. We would likeWe were lucky to rent Peters apartment the second time for three weeks. We can say that everything was really perfect. The interior, the infrastructure, the leisure activities and the shopping facilities fully met our expectations. The apartment is very modern, very clean and well secured. Important for us: there are four sheltered, quiet and clean beaches that allow safe swimming. Last, we were pleased that the whole apartment has been renovated and the Internet access was much better. Especially we would like to highlight the support by the owner Peter. We were able to contact him at any time and received valuable tips.

Great appartment and save place to spend your holiday with your family or as a couple.

We had a chance to stay in Peter's apartment for 10 nights. It was our first holiday in the Seychelles with two teenagers. The apartment is great, the description reflects what we have found and we felt very comfortable accommodated. Peter organized a small repair in the kitchen from abroad with the local facility manager service and within 12 hours everything was ready for use again - this is service. We are looking forward to come back again.

This was our 2nd stay on Eden Island a d we were very pleased with the location and the property. House keeping came every few days which was a nice treat. The property was clean and was a short 30 second walk to one of the communal pools. We would stay again .

Easter break on Eden Island

I stayed at Peter's apartment with my wife and two teenage daughters. Really nice apartment, very clean and well equipped and great location. A really short walk to beaches and swimming pools or hop on the golf buggy. Peter was always available with any questions I had and replied within hours. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the island as well as a grocery store, shops and a gym. Would highly recommend this apartment. Thanks again Peter.

Jardin tropical magnifiQue. Marinas émeraudes. Piscines et plages plus qu il n en faut. Appartement tout confort avec très belle terrasse vue sur marina. Oiseaux de toute beauté qui viennent vous rendre visite sur la terrasse. Une collette mise à disposition pour sillonner l île, faire ses courses et aller au resto. Cette île porte bien son nom!

Komfortabler Urlaub auf Eden Island !

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung ist absolut identisch mit dem Komfort, den die Wohnung auch wirklich bietet. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, eine riesige Terrasse mit Grill und mehreren Sitzgruppen sorgt dafür, dass man sich meist draußen aufhält. Drinnen funktionieren die Klimaanlagen, alles top !! -- Unten wartet ein Club-Car, mit dem man locker an einen der Strände, in den Supermarkt oder zu den sehr guten Restaurants fahren kann, ein Pool liegt zwanzig Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Was will man mehr ? -- Peter Jackson kümmert sich sehr sorgfältig um den Zustand der Wohnung und ist auch immer erreichbar. Schon im Vorfeld hat er uns gut über alle Möglichkeiten informiert, antwortet sehr schnell auf alle Fragen. Peter, wir danken Dir für einen schönen Urlaub in Deinem Luxusapartment und kommen gerne wieder, wenn mal wieder Zeit dafür ist. Wir waren schon an vielen Orten der Welt und Eden Island ist tatäschlich ein Highlight. Absolut empfenhlenswert bei Peter zu wohnen ! - Danke für alles.

Great stay for a 6 people family

A fantastic resort with everything you need for a luxurious vacation. The apartment was good even though you can tell it was some years since built. For 4 people accommodation it would been ideal , for six people it was good. Beaches, pool areas and service at Eden, not to forget the fantastic gardens, were great! I can indeed recommend anyone to go there. Just be prepared that the price level generally is very high at the Seychelles.
