Overall a great hotel let down by a couple of minor points in the spa gym. I couldn't find a single locker door that would lock and the water was off while work was being done on the system. The Lion Hotel Shrewsbury
Check-in was simple, parking only £5 for the night, found our room on the second floor, overlooking the road. Room was spacious, clean and tidy, it was quiet warm in the room. Slept ok until the road noise kicked in and the collection of bins full of bottles from the nearby bars.

Albrighton Hall Hotel and Spa, a member of Radisson Individuals
Room was very clean, staff all polite and nothing too much trouble. Breakfast good and pool clean.

Porter's lodge by heritage Railway line (adjoining Station House)
Staying on a platform with occasional steam trains passing by. Wonderful experience. Cottage is well equipped and close to Llangollen and Corwen for shops. Having the beds made as double requires some gymnastics as headroom is limited in the converted loft. Overall a lovely place to stay and well ...

Secluded Detached Stable / Barn Conversion On The Border Of Shropshire And Wales
The Stable was a fantastic stay, really clean and the hosts were really welcoming. The Stables is secluded but well worth the drive to it. It was so quiet and peaceful and the log fire a really welcome bonus that made for a very cosy stay.

Long Mountain Centre
The cabin is situated in the most beautiful and peaceful area. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the cabin really let it down. We bought a full shop on the way to check in, but we couldn’t use the oven as all the numbers had worn off around the dials. A lot of food and money wasted, which is frustrating ...
