Lovely stay in Madrid Atocha

Enjoy a modern and comfortable apartment in the heart of Atocha, Madrid. This fully equipped property offers a practical, cozy, and functional environment, suitable for up to 4 guests. The apartment includes a master bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a double sofa bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.

We do not accept tourist stays. - Reservations are only allowed for work, study, or health reasons. - After booking, you must sign the contract and provide a document proving the reason for your stay. - If this documentation is not received, the reservation will be canceled and penalties may apply.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. The modern bathroom includes a shower and all essential amenities. The living area and bedroom are illuminated by floor lamps, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Distribution of the spaces:
1. Master bedroom with double bed
2. Double sofa bed in living area

The accommodation is equipped with:
- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee
- Rolls of toilet paper: 2 units
- Roll of kitchen paper
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
