This 75 square meters unique property showcases the beauty of Madrilenian architecture paired with unique beach design. Salerno is located in the Salamanca neighborhood of Madrid, which exudes elegance throughout its grand boulevards, shop lined streets, and picturesque buildings. There’s so much to do and see, so be sure you have the place to come home to after a day on the town.

With radiant bliss, this 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home will leave guests in awe. The large bedroom features a queen size bed drowned in plenty of light coming from the terrace. Across the room is the ensuite bathroom and dedicated workstation, perfect for all remote working needs. The detached half bathroom is located close to the entrance and ensures there’s no need to wait when getting ready in the morning.

The living room is decorated in accordance with the beach design theme with round mirrors and an oceanic blue hue bringing the ocean elements indoors. Guests are invited to indulge in the full entertainment system or sit down and enjoy a freshly prepared meal from the fully furnished kitchen at the dining table. The living room space also gives access to the marvelous terrace, which offers a lounging area to take in the spectacular views of Madrid. Fully furnished, this home comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens.

*This apartment comes equipped with ducted air system for absolute comfort.

*Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
