The residence spans approximately 48 m² and has been designed to offer a compact yet high-quality urban living experience. It features a flexible sleeping area separated by a screen, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living area, creating a comfortable, serene and well-resolved space for temporary stays.

Interiors are defined by high-quality materials, an intelligent layout and a curated selection of contemporary Spanish art, in dialogue with the cultural and creative character of the neighbourhood. Every detail has been carefully considered to offer comfort, functionality and a refined stay experience, particularly well suited to professional, individual or medium-length stays.

Cleaning service

The stay includes a cleaning service twice per week, with bed linen changed once per week.

For added convenience, the frequency of cleaning can be increased upon request, subject to an additional fee.
