Excellent transport connections:
You`re just a 4-minute walk from Ascao Metro station (Line 7), 8 minutes from García Noblejas, and around 15 minutes from Ciudad Lineal and Pueblo Nuevo stations. You can reach Gran Vía and Sol in under 20 minutes by metro or just 10 minutes by car/taxi.

For stays longer than 7 days, a complimentary cleaning and linen change will be provided.
For stays shorter than 7 days, guests can request an additional cleaning service for an extra fee, subject to availability.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
